Edit: Just got cleared and I can now start developing with Mailjet. It’s good they have compliance in place for new customers, trust is good but support can be more responsive (really good when they get in touch). But I’m now a happy customer!

The service was interrupted without any notification from your end and I stopped receiving the emails.

I had a very bad experience with Mailjet.
My account was banned only two days after I paid for a subscription, supposedly for not respecting their terms and conditions — without any concrete explanation or details.
Worse:
The email campaign I sent was corrupted on their side, and all the links inside the emails sent to my clients were broken.
When I contacted support for help, nobody responded.
When I followed up, I was told that I was not the person who subscribed to the account, which is completely false and makes no sense.
At no point did anyone try to help, investigate, or clearly explain what happened. My account was simply shut down, my money taken, and my clients affected.
This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for a service that handles business-critical communications. At the very least, I expected transparency, support, and accountability — none of which I received.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting Mailjet with their email campaigns or payments.
