Booked a gift voucher for a View from the Shard experience. Voucher emailed straightaway but that was several weeks ago and we have since then been unable to book an actual date. This company do not respond to emails and never answer the telephone. The original date I tried to book is now less than a week ahead and they still haven’t confirmed. I don’t know whether to arrange transport/ accommodation. Do not deal with this company!
