Woo!
Ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh
I was on a one way train
Headed to a valley of death with the ball and chain
Then you let me in and cleaned me up
Took me to church, gave me your love
But this wolf can't change
Oh, I've got sins only God could forgive
And the closer we get, I push you away
And that's why I gotta say
Goodbye, Dakota, you're too sweet for a man like me
Goodbye, Dakota, I lost my faith, and I'm so sorry
Dakota, I'll always love ya
Goodbye Dakota, go save yourself, 'cause you can't save me
Ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh
Ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh
Go save yourself, 'cause you can't save me
Used to call you when I was drunk
And you'd drive two hours in the snow just to pick me up
But I would dodge your calls while doin' eight-balls with girls I barely knew
And when the sun came up, I would lie to you
I'm a piece of shit that no one can fix
And the closer we get, I push you away
And that's why I gotta say
Goodbye, Dakota, you're too sweet for a man like me
Goodbye, Dakota, I lost my faith, and I'm so sorry
Dakota, I'll always love ya
Goodbye, Dakota, go save yourself 'cause you can't save me
Ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh

Mistakenly delete emails

It is too easy to mistakenly delete an email and not be able to retrieve it. Some emails that are deleted don't always show up in trash.

Mess and unethical marketing policy

Its so messy, hard to comprehend how it works, even If you use it daily. But what is more annoying is the link with google drive so they can threaten you to buy more space like else your account will not receive emails. The only way in such attitude is to go and never come back...

Avoid for Business Use

Awful email application, I have been in IT for 35 years and I have used most email platforms and this is by far the worst. I recommend my clients don't use it for their businesses. You haven't got folders to put emails in for organisation, only labels which are useless. Customer service is non-existent so if anything goes wrong good luck trying to contact anyone and if you do, they haven't got a clue what you're talking about. I have also told Wix, as a Wix partner, I won't use their mailboxes because they partner with Gmail.

Not worth your time

I never thought I’d lose complete access to an email account and have absolutely no way to speak to a human at Google, but here we are. My Gmail account was compromised, and despite being the original owner, there was no support, no escalation path, no human help, just a loop of dead-end automated forms.

I was shocked to discover that for regular users, Google provides zero meaningful recovery options if something serious goes wrong. You can lose your entire digital life and Google’s official advice is basically: "Too bad, make a new account."

Email is too important to be treated like this. I’ve switched providers to one that actually values users and offers human support. If your Gmail is tied to banking, crypto, identity, or anything personal, be careful. You won’t know how bad it is until it’s too late.

This is unacceptable from a company of this size and influence.

The spam amount is ridiculous!!

The spam amount is ridiculous!!! I have left feedback, screenshots of my in box, set up their timeconsuming/confusing/nonsensical filters, and yet the spam comes flowing through. I'm getting ready to delete my gmail account and go with another mail service that deletes spam with one click.

What a shame...

It's absurd how this company is out of control... they are doing so many things that they are getting lost and can't manage everything, and obviously it ruins customers experience... gmail is simply ridiculous, you can't block an email address, and is full of spam... before was that "appsheet" that Google admired they couldn't manage or avoid, so users had to live receiving spam every day, now it's the turn of Google groups so you get a lot of invitations at groups that you can't block, and as I've said yku can't block emails so you must bear everything... if you wrote to the assistance basically they don't answer, and if they do it is after weeks or months... Internet is out of control, it's becoming very dangerous

All of my Gmail draft contents Disappeared …

All of my Gmail draft contents disappeared, with only the subject line and date of the draft showing, which also disappeared upon opening the drafts. I submitted a request to be called for help, as I needed to send drafts through YAMM as class reminders for my two different upcoming classes. I waited on hold for assistance for 20 minutes the first time before I had to hang up and 14 minutes the second time before a Google Support team member answered. After 5 minutes of troubleshooting, she became "disconnected" and never called me back. I tried for two hours to reach them, and each time upon answering my call request, they would hang up on me. Six hours later, I am still unable to reach Google support, and my problem is still unresolved. Very disappointing and frustrating!

Despite deleting most of my mails

Despite deleting most of my mails, despite paying monthly subscription to have more space, my Gmail is still blocked. This shows us how much this company is greedy and not serious. They are just chasing money without taking care of their clients.

Annoying adds on gmail now.

I have only had 2 emails--AOL and Gmail. I am looking to switch now because of these annoying adds that keep popping up like a virus. None of these products I care about and yet Google is trying to shover it down our throats.

Formal Complaint Regarding Repeated Storage Warnings and Alleged Mismanagement of Paid Storage Plans

Dear Google Support Team,

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the persistent notifications from Google indicating that my storage is nearing capacity, despite my subscription to a paid storage plan. This issue has not only disrupted my user experience but has also led me to question the integrity of Google's storage management practices.

Persistent Storage Warnings Despite Paid Subscription

Despite upgrading to a paid storage plan to accommodate my data needs, I continue to receive alerts stating that my storage is almost full. This contradiction between my subscription status and the notifications is both perplexing and frustrating. I have ensured that my usage across Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Photos remains within the allocated limits. However, the incessant warnings persist, leading me to question the efficacy of Google's storage management system.

Concerns Over Storage Management Practices

The recurring nature of these notifications raises concerns about potential systemic issues within Google's storage allocation and monitoring processes. It appears that users, even after purchasing additional storage, are not receiving the seamless experience promised. This situation has led to a growing perception among users that Google's practices may be misleading, if not exploitative.

Legal Actions and User Sentiments

It has come to my attention that there have been discussions and actions taken regarding Google's storage policies. For instance, a class-action lawsuit was filed alleging that Google falsely advertised unlimited storage for their emails, leading users to switch to Google under false pretenses. Additionally, users have expressed frustrations about storage limitations and the pressure to upgrade to more expensive plans, feeling that they are not receiving the storage capacity they paid for.

Request for Immediate Resolution

In light of the above, I request the following actions from Google:

Comprehensive Account Review: Conduct a thorough examination of my account to identify any discrepancies between my paid storage plan and the actual storage allocation. This review should ensure that I am receiving the full benefits of my subscription without unwarranted interruptions.

Transparent Communication: Provide clear and detailed information regarding how my storage is being utilized across all Google services. This should include any factors contributing to the perceived storage overages and steps I can take to manage my storage effectively.

Systematic Improvements: Investigate and rectify any systemic issues within Google's storage management system that may be causing these erroneous notifications. Ensuring that paid subscribers receive accurate information about their storage usage is crucial for maintaining trust and satisfaction.

Consideration of Compensation: Given the inconvenience and distress caused by this issue, I request that Google consider appropriate compensation for the disruption to my services and the time spent addressing this matter.

Conclusion

I have been a loyal Google user for many years and have come to rely on your services for both personal and professional needs. However, this experience has significantly undermined my confidence in Google's commitment to providing reliable and honest services. I urge you to address this complaint with the seriousness it warrants and to take swift action to resolve the issues outlined above.

Failure to address these concerns adequately may compel me to explore legal avenues to seek redress for the perceived mismanagement and potential deceptive practices related to Google's storage services.

I look forward to your prompt and detailed response.

Sincerely,

Mark Brown

Confusing Annoying and Unusable

This new email setup (2025 march) is annoying, unusable and confusing!!!
Absolutely hard to use and hard to find the actual new email, the blue dots is there next to my email even if I didn’t open 3 years ago one email from the same company, now I have to go through on all my emails and open it if I want to get rid off the confusing blue dots, because I don’t have a new unread email.
And why the newest email in the really bottom, and I have to scroll up for earlier emails???
But the overall email list is a normal order, top the newest and scrolling down for older emails, totally crazy!
Gmail thing they super smart and new find a new level of the emails?? No you not, over designed!
