Below 0 score totally useless email…

Below 0 score totally useless email service. The worst is its search. Anything received before 6 months ago from a business or firm including official documents cannot be found. It digs out completely unconnected unrelated emails - cretinous idiotic stupid useless crap.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. After 10+ years, I can't access my Frontier email which Yahoo supports. Absolutely no help and don't think that paying for support will help at all. It's the same clueless representative as the free support.

If something happens to your email and…

If something happens to your email and you lose your phone number, and the recovery email option is selected, why not use it while the system remains stuck and sends the code to the lost phone number or Google Authentication app?

It's unbelievable, right? So for that, I'm out and giving you this bad rating.

Google/gmail's security system ruins…

Google/gmail's security system ruins accounts. I got a new iphone and have not found a single solution on how to get logged back in my gmail account or any other google accounts. The 2 step verification sends the code to my old phone, leaving it impossible to sync with my new one. I've ironically googled every possible way around this (including AI) and there is none! No person to speak with. No one to fix it. ZERO STARS!!!!!

If I could I would delete this overrated thing.

I swear I will kill this thing. So let me explain my situation. I am part of a competition where we send specific days emails and get awarded. I had spend 40 minutes texting an email and the stupid thing threw me out of the app and then i couldn’t open it for enough time so the day had passed and I lost. It said something about an upgrade but I don’t care. If you are going to do a last minute upgrade at least notify me before I hit send and think I have sent it. You had one job and you did it wrong. I mean I use it a lot and that’s the only reason I am giving this a 2

We purchased a brand new vehicle from…

We purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership and service was great when we purchased the vehicle. 2 weeks later the check engine light came on indicating a problem with the hybrid battery. We took the vehicle in they drove it 100 miles and stated they could not identify the problem and cleared the code and if the light came on again to contact them. The light came on two days later because the code never went away. We immediately took the vehicle back and they're telling us that two major parts for the hybrid system need to be replaced and they are on backorder. Keep in mind all of this is when 30 days of buying the vehicle. I told them that we did not want it and to give us the identical vehicle and we would be fine. Edwin who is very rude and formed us that he could do that but our payment would go up . That is crazy. A brand new car within 30 days you want to resell us another car at a higher price and with very rude about it. I informed him you should be selling us it at a cheaper price for us paying for a car that we don't have and is clearly a factory defect. Instead he is trying to sell us another car at a higher price which is absolutely ridiculous. Do not buy from the dealership for any reason. This is a brand new car and they're not standing behind their known Factory defective product. I will be contacting the local news as well has any other resource that I have privy to my information. Again stay away from this dealership as they do not back the very product that they sell .

I have a Gmail account for my business and all of a sudden, I am not receiving any emails which is obviously affecting my business. It's impossible to actually reach someone for support. Very frustrating. I've finally decided to go with another company and change my email address. Very unprofessional of a company so large as Google!

All mail label joke

Have been using gmail for years, in the beginning it was simple. Now however things are not so, I kept getting emails saying I had nearly used all my storage, I went painstaking through each label deleting emails, deleted photos, deleted everything I could think of, transferred emails out of gmail, still kept getting notifications. I then discovered the all mail label with 7000 emails in it taking up a very large chunck of my storage. Every email I ever had was stored here, deleted emails, emails I had labeled under something else. I kept gettimg emails to sign up for more storage, I dont need that I discoved, I just need to waste endless hours deleting my thousnads of emails going through each one painstakingly to ensure I dont delet ones which I labeled previously, why gmail, why?. The promotions tab I also found hundreds of emails taking up space, deleted all those as well. This is something I will have to do regularly to keep my storage levels at the correct levels if I stay with gmail. This is just a way for gmail to make money unsuspecting users struggling like I did to get the storage level down before they blocked me from recieving emails. I am going to start shifting to some where else I have wasted endless hours going through emails trying to free up space, I have had enough.

The recovery email and 2FA is active and i receive both the codes nevertheless any time i enter the code it inform to change my phone number and once i write the number it says multiple attempts with that number and unable to recover. The email is used in this account, so if i lose authentication cookie i will not be able to leave more reviews.
