The worst maid company to deal with, eager to take the money for the visa. But once payment is made, maid cc do not put customers first and make you wait for replies. There is no calling apart from WhatsApp/Maid CC app which is rubbish until you request a call on a message and wait a few hours for the call. Doesn’t make sense being a big company not to have a call center or remote working for customers to communicate properly about issues rather than prolonging things. Also hidden fees which are not stated and the company isn’t transparent to be honest. DON’T USE, better off going elsewhere!

Absolute nightmare. I believe the business model is to make the life’s of their customers as miserable as possible. We have selected a maid only the be told 8hrs after she still hasn’t arrived that she doesn’t exist. Then they forced some replacement on us as it was 9pm on Sunday and the following day we have work. The new replacement turned out to be a heavy smoker while we have small kids in the house. Upon requesting a change they sent us someone who doesn’t want to work, refuses to cook although this had been a requirement. Management calls frequently asking to remove bad review and promising improvement but 3 weeks of unnerving horrendous experience and still no decent maid to look after our kids is really bad. No matter whom you ask all have same experience. They use bots to write good reviews and their maids write too. Use them for visa service, not for maid service. You pay premium price for awful experience

First they didn’t send any maid at all, after tens of phone calls and shouting they sent us a maid who smokes knowing that she needs to be a nanny to a 5 year old asthmatic child. When we asked for a replacement, we were sent another maid who cannot cook a single dish and knows nothing about child care. It is extremely difficult to get anything moving with this agency and a lot of your time and effort will be wasted in long frustrating phone calls and WhatsApp conversations.
I really would not recommend their services if you want to preserve your sanity. I’m left with no option but to complain officially to DED about this company and their fraudulent practices..

Pathetic experience. I got my maid visa from miad.cc , she ran away, we informed them that she has stolen jewellery and ran away, I was asked to file a police complaint, and maid.cc didn't even bother to cancel her visa, she is still working in UAE. It's very dangerous as they don't take any responsibility, neither they cancel visas of maids who run away, they support thiefs and absconder, please get Ur maid visa from Tadbeer, in any legal issues, U will be supported at least not like them

Awful overall experience. Awful customer service. The maids are poorly qualified—tried several once from the agency—each one had tons of issues and agendas. Definitely didn’t end up feeling okay about letting them take care of my kid. There is tons of hidden fees and the app is glitchy. Never again.

Dishonest company. They do not provide any accurate information.
Maids are not provided annual leave every year per local UAE Labor Law.
Fees are excessive for a very poor quality service.
Agents call you through VPN as they are based in other countries and clueless on any of the actual laws of the UAE and procedures.

Not clear communication at all. To attract the customer they give an amount for the cost then suddenly the amount will jump when it’s payment time because they hide so many things, they said we will notify you before any deductions but they don’t they just take the money. I didn’t know that nannies under their visa they need to pay ILOE they just sent the message AFTER deductions. Their what’s app service was supper to convince me to start but after that they had stander answers for any questions. First when we started the process they took time but after that things moved smoothly and fast.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the ongoing issues and poor service I have experienced with your company in relation to the visa application for the nanny I requested.
Visa Application Delays and Miscommunication:
I submitted my visa application in the second week of September, and after several follow-ups, the nanny underwent the medical exam. However, when I contacted you today to check the status, I was informed that the nanny would need to redo the medical exam. After further exchanges, I was told that the application had been canceled because you allegedly contacted me 8 days ago about the medical exam issue, and the nanny did not go for the exam as required.
I have reviewed all my communication records and can confirm that I did not receive any prior notice from your company. No phone call was made to me, and I did not request the cancellation of the application. The lack of proper communication and clarity on your part is extremely concerning.
Poor Customer Service and Lack of Accountability:
From the start, I have faced multiple issues and delays with your service. While payments for the visa process were quickly deducted, the service and execution of the tasks have been extremely slow and disorganized. The lack of transparency, the sudden change in the status without prior notice, and the failure to communicate properly are unacceptable.
Unresolved Issues:
Despite my repeated attempts to follow up, my concerns remain unresolved. I am still awaiting a response or a phone call from your team to address the situation.
As a customer, I expect timely and effective communication, as well as proper handling of all processes. Unfortunately, my experience with Maids.CC has been far below what I would consider acceptable. I am requesting an immediate review of my case and a detailed explanation as to why this situation was mishandled. If I do not receive a satisfactory response until tomorrow, I will escalate this matter further and file a formal complaint with the relevant consumer protection authorities.
Please treat this issue with urgency and provide a resolution as soon as possible.

We want “work visa” for our nanny. She had 2 months tourist visa. We applied through maid cc. Completed the payment on september 16 and it is almost 2 months. The tourist visa is expired. I called maid cc every time and they always say we prioritized your maid visa process. Almost 2 months and still waiting. There is even no change in the visa status of my maid. Lots of fines because of the expired visa. The worst experience. I wish I had worked with Tadbear. Find Ziba’s name in the documents. You will see your poor experience since September you couldn’t manage it ! No reply nothing!!

SCANDAL!!! Maids cc worker went to my babies room HOLDING A KNIFE!!!!! She was mental! They don’t check ANYTHING! There are sooo many complaints and they don’t refund your money!! Initially I was impressed with Maid.cc, their response time and processing of our maids visa was very high quality. However when it comes to the healthcare side of their business they are disgraceful. Initially, when our nanny had intense nerve pain in her back the maid.cc doctor neither picked up their calls nor replied to any whatsapp. We eventually took care of it on our own. A few months later she wished to get a health check up. They provided a network list however it was incorrect, and our poor nanny had to wait hours in a clinic only to find she was not covered. I said I wished to make a customer complaint, they said they'd put me in touch with someone, of course they didnt.
Due to this terrible service on their healthcare side, I dont feel safe in trusting maid.cc if our nanny was to have another emergency.

If I could have the option of leaving no stars I would. My maid still hasn’t been paid and now it is mid month- I raised the issue several times and have been ignored- they have taken the money from my account but never paid the maid. She is now struggling as a result- it’s awful. Despite my pleas I have been ingnored and it was only when I put a bad review that I was called and promised she would be paid in 48 hours at most and they asked me to put my review down. I did take away my bad review and have found that despite their promise they still haven’t paid her and also still haven’t responded to me or provided a better service as promised. Absolutely awful service. I don’t think I have ever written a bad review but this really deserves one - please stay away from this company

I was very impressed with the first "sales interaction" which was mostly via a chatbot.
I uploaded all the docs. They have since been repeatedly asked me to upload two docs, both of which I have re-submitted a few times. Exasperated, I have tried to cancel/ terminate via the contract which takes me to "call 0097145810679". Calling it gets a chatbot to send a message and there is no way to get anyone to call / confim a cancellation. This seems set up to take money via good sales but terrible customer service. I am still trying to cancel the service that hasnt started yet!
Post the reply: I realized that you had debited my account with over AED 9k on Oct 1 even though I had asked for the process to be stopped before then. You can contact me via my UAE number that's registered with you ending in 93. Contacting through your app doesn't work, else I would not be having these issues.

Terrible experience. I am paying 3500dh and they are giving to nanny 1000dh while taking some additional money from salary for visa cost. They are sending nannies without any preparation and not ready to work. Very often maids are doing prostitution when they have day off.
