I’ve been ordering from Maias for a long time, I was happy with the quality more or less. I recently placed 2 orders (value around £600), they were pre orders. They sent a message that there was a delay with the orders which I completely understand but I’m not going to be in the country when the orders will be sent out so I wanted to cancel my orders. They also posted on Instagram that all refund requests will be approved. I emailed them on the 14th, no response. I emailed them 2 more times and then finally they cancelled one of the orders but just because they sold the stock online. The cancellation email came through but no refund. Emailed them again 4 times about the other order, no response!! They clearly wait for the stock to be sold online and then they cancel the order which isn’t fair. Thankfully I paid with Klarna credit card so I was able to send them the cancellation email of one of my orders and it was approved so I wasn’t charged. But the other order is still not cancelled. This was definitely the last time I ordered from them. They complain that customers are rude to them, well I’m not surprised. Customer service doesn’t exist.

No communication when preorders are well overdue.

Sold items they didn’t even have, they freaked out when I said I was coming to visit the unit 56 on Monday morning to collect my goods after they refused to ship them, I will still be attending the unit to see the staff and collect my goods, as I need them and you have them and I’ve paid for them, so the deal has been done lol.

Refusing to refund me today, when they’ve stolen my money with no intention of giving me what I’ve paid for

Paid for my order and only got told after paying that it was out of stock. It’s been over a week with no replies to my emails and no update at all. I run a small business, so this delay really affects me. Completely unprofessional. Still chasing a refund. Would not recommend, especially to anyone running a small business like me.

Avoid this shop at all cost. You're probably looking for extra income by hoping to flip over the clothes you buy from this company. They delivered unsellable products, most of them were XXL, L and stained items that shouldn't have be sold and will cannot be sold to any consumer.
I sent an email to complain and no response. Such a waste.

overall products very good. some had to be thrown away due to holes and staines GRADE A. expected delivery needs to be updated more often. very good services.

Overall, the quality of the clothing is good. I just have to say that communication is terrible, as they take a long time to respond. Regarding delivery times, they take a long time to deliver orders.

I have had a few orders now from maias and apart from one occasion everything was perfect, on the one occasion I had an issue I messaged and this was sorted the next day, can’t complain about the products or customer service.

I’ve now made multiple purchases with MVH spanning multiple categories, and all of them have been perfect in every way! I haven’t encountered any issues, and the team are always super fast at responding to any queries. My go to wholesaler!

I’ve now bought across a range of different items and am very happy with the profitability from them. Every box I open from them is exciting and I’m looking forward to many more! I like the pre-order service too and have a few great items lined up for November, thanks

Surely has to be the wholesaler with the best customer service and quality. Yes prices are slightly higher but that’s because the quality and service you get for it. I messaged them on Facebook and got a response within 20mins. Really am fed up with the other wholesalers. Thanks Jordan

I’ve bought multiple times from Maias spanning to over £2.5k and I’ve been throughly impressed with their service. Their stock quality is always at a high a standard and delivery times are unbelievably quick. Sometimes I may have received a bale where the quality didn’t meet my expectations but I have to say their customer service is good and they make up the difference, would definitely recommend!
