Extremely disappointing customer service – no order, no response
I placed an order (#7955) with Mai Shop on May 7, 2025, and the payment was confirmed. According to their own policy, orders should be shipped within 7 business days after payment. When I hadn’t received any shipping confirmation, I contacted support via email on May 19 asking for a status update.
It’s now June 2, and I still have not received a single response to my email, nor have I received the order. My account still shows the status as “Ej distribuerad” (not distributed).
This complete lack of communication and failure to deliver the product is unacceptable. I was initially excited to try this store, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
I strongly urge others to be cautious before ordering, especially if you’re expecting timely delivery or any form of customer support.
