The worst
Mahoney Supplements had a product I wanted to try. The product arrived promptly. BUT, the customer service is so bad it’s quite outstanding. You cannot ring them. So I have contacted them 4 times whilst waiting for my product, twice on their online form, once by email and once on a different tab on their website. I had one reply, eventually, which was extremely brief and didn’t give me the info I needed so I replied back and emailed too and never head back. I’m asking for the information about how much of the active ingredient is in the capsules. It isn’t on the website. And I asked a general question about taking the product. No reply.
The Mahoney guarantee is that if we are not satisfied to contact Mr Mahoney personally for a full refund. Good luck with that! Looks like they don’t even have one person interested in customer service. I haven’t used a supplement company this poor in decades. I think this company is not one to trust your health with if this is their attitude once they have your money.
