Fantastic gloves! Even their name, Prowse, is a magnificent tribute for any true Star Wars fan, especially those who love the best Vader costumes: the Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi versions! The leather is both thin and strong, the fingertips are reinforced, and the rapier style is typical of these two versions of the costume, perfectly reminiscent of the Sith Lord's jumpsuit. Add to that a responsive, impeccable, and passionate customer service, and tracked international shipping, and you have the best gloves for a professional Darth Vader cosplay. The value for money is simply unbeatable, even compared to other prop makers... Go for it and buy with your eyes closed! A huge thank you again to Magnoli Clothiers. See you very soon!

Had a custom leather jacket made. It was exact to the detail and sizing was perfect. There was a problem that occurred in the shipping phase and Magnoli remade the whole jacket and shipped to me in a very quick process. They are a high integrity company and I highly recommend them.

Poor, slow, not responsive, company seems overwhelmed. Quality of items produced and tailored low. When I visited a country in Africa I had MUCH higher quality from a street vendor

This business was prosecuted and convicted by Crown, last year, for counterfeiting as per NZ Herald. Caveat emptor.

I must admit, I was slightly skeptical about using this company due to being on the other side of the world and being glassware but having bought through a credit card that gave me the confidence to go ahead with the purchase.
The 4-6 week lead time turned into 10 days which is amazing, as well as being tracked every step of the way.
There are a few air bubbles in the glasses but on the whole are of good quality and extremely well packaged.

I have bought many clothes and props from Magnoli Clothiers and Props and quality is amazing explaining the price. In general it is highly recomended.

I ordered a Frodo shirt for $345 NZ. It was supposed to be made from Linen but I found out later that it's just synthetic Linen. Also, the communication about colour and material was not responded to.
When I received the shirt, I was disappointed with the colour and material. The company never told me that it is just synthetic Linen. They wanted me to believe that it was real Linen. They advertise it on their site as "natural Linen" which is Not True.
Anyway, after communicating with them about this, they refunded me $100 NZ. Which is better than nothing but not much if you are left with a shirt you don't like and still paid $245 NZ.
And here is the punch line! : I took the shirt with me to Coimbatore the textile city of South India. A Tailor in one of the sidestreets had a look at the Frodo shirt and the first thing he told me was that it was made from synthetic linen. Anyway, I bought 2m of the finest natural Linen in one of the hundreds of textile warehouses. I paid about $40 for it. And the Tailor made me a replica of the shirt. He charged me 400 Ruphia which is $8 NZ for sewing me a new Frodo shirt (yes you read right 8 NZ dollars only). I was wrapped. I gave him a good tip and ordered another one. Done the next day............. Anyway, this disappointment turned into quite something haha. I am thankful for all of this experience. May we all learn from it.......

I did never receive my order and Magnoli outright ignores E-Mails and straight out LIES that items have been shipped when they have not. Buyers beware!!!

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH MAGNOLI CLOTHIERS!! I ordered a jean jacket for $500. What I got was a CHEAP THIN DENIM remake. The kind of denim that almost looked printed and an old man might by at Kmart. I asked to have it made with a heavy wt denim dark and gave them detailed instructions. They charged me another $100. What I got 7 months later,,,was the same cheap denim,,,a $20 jacket for $600.

I have been ordering custom clothing from Indy Magnoli for 14 YEARS NOW and I tell everyone I can if you are thinking of having anything custom made you HAVE TO SEE INDY!!!! This time I ordered 3 very special custom remake shirts of very expensive top of the line tricky to replicate designer brands from the 80s that were worn on the television show Miami Vice. The shirts were very very special designs nothing like anyone sells today and Indy took the time to work on the details to the T which is very important to me I HAVE to HAVE everything EXACT I am very anal about my clothing and very into fashion. The 1st run of the shirts some details were off and Indy insisted he redo them at his expense to make them perfect for me. It was greatly appreciated but my deadline for some events on a trip I wanted to wear the shirts too was approaching. I was very nervous but that Indy! Even though he was backlogged from the holidays and of course busy with so many other orders had the shirts rushed and shipped out to me and they arrived the DAY BEFORE I was supposed to leave on my trip for absolute PERFECT TIMING. TALK ABOUT SERVICE! The quality of the shirts was fantastic and everywhere I went people were complimenting me on my shirts. I GREATLY APPRECIATE Magnoli Clothiers and all their hard work!!! You guys are the best!!!!!

Avoid this company at all costs.

I had ordered the “Stoltz Jacket” from the website. The process took nearly five months and I had to chase the company for every single update. From the outset, I was told that the “wool” was unavailable but that an identical fabric would be used.
I eventually received a production update after raising a ticket with PayPal. What I received after months of chasing was a complete joke. Not only was the fabric wrong, cheap and flimsy, the pattern was completely different to that which was advertised on the website. It is clear that this was rushed into production (in an offshore Indian workshop which was evident from the invoice) for little to no cost. I am currently in the process of a PayPal dispute, as the jacket I received is not worth £20, let alone nearly £500.

I was looking at these babies for a while before purchase, then when lockdowns hit I sucked up the courage and made the purchase.

They are absolutely incredible the ordering process was difficult because of COVID, and because they outsource the leatherworking, but the sales team were very responsive and able to give me information when it was available (this was always delayed but again I can only suspect COVID as at this point this is my only custom order).

They are extremely comfortable provided you get your measurements right which luckily I did. Wore them all day to LFCC Nov '21 and they didn't do my feet wrong.

ABSOLUTELY no regrets!

Ordered a pair of harry potter glasses. Excellent workmanship and a fine prop replica. Delivery was trouble free from nz to uk.

I ordered a $700 coat, and it arrived in both the wrong color and very much the wrong size. They offered to replace it with a corrected version – which was the right color, but still the wrong size. They offered to make size alterations, and then blamed me for import charges, despite my following their shipping instructions to a T (never mind that I had to pay out of pocket to return all of their mistakes).

Finally, when the alterations were done, Magnoli thought that the *finished* coat's dimensions were instead its dimensions before I returned it, and thus took the time to accuse me of providing incorrect measurements and to lecture me on how much of a hassle it was for them to make the alterations – alterations that were necessary only because the coat was not made correctly the first two times.

The coat eventually arrived looking like it was supposed. No response from Magnoli in the four weeks since, no interest at all in making up for the terrible experience. And I might add, no point in leaving a review on the actual website – I tried, and it's now very evident that they carefully curate which reviews they post so that no one hears these horror stories.

This is not the company it used to be.

Bought a backpack from them in December, they told me it would be ready in 2 weeks. It's now August and the only responses I get from them every time I ask (which is frequently) is that it should be ready in '2 weeks'. This is a joke.

Their cufflinks are ok, but the clothes and ties are very poor quality.

This firm are very good when we require items for specific security applications because we work in close protection. I can't go into the exact situation but they have managed to increase the safety of some of our clients hence they are 100% recommended.

Very poor company, borderline scam. I purchased an $800 custom coat from them and it was all wrong when it was delivered. I told them I wanted a refund and they insisted that would make up for it by sending me a new coat. I received the new coat 4 months later and it worse than the first coat. If you do purchase from them it's a gamble. It took me more than 6 months to get my money back from them. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

still waiting on my second jacket to be completed as the first one was messed up ordered my first jacket on july 29th its now november 24th still no replacement jacket even though i was told it would be done 2 weeks ago, when i do get a reply from them it sounds like they dont care if im happy with my jacket or not bearing in mind i have given them nearly 500 pounds of my money so far by far the worst online shopping experience i have ever had!!!!!!!!!!!!
