Huge lack of communication...
the website has no "stock-o-meter" so you cant see if the magnet is in stock. This resultet in us ordered 4 magnets of different kinds. And next day receiving an email with an tracking number.. But a week later nothing has happend, and the tracking number wasnt updated. We wrote them, and got the short answer "We need gross 2 week until magnet will be back in stock". Well.. How come i wasnt notified? Not even a "sorry for the inconvenience".. hmm. i will think twice before dealing with them again.
