Couldn't be better
Unlike all the others on here, my experience is totally +ve. I have driven Mercedes cars for longer than I care to remember, as such, I am well aware of what constitutes 'good service'. We decided to purchase a Mazda CX3 from Salisbury, we needed something easier to get in and out of. Their staff could not have been more helpful or considerate (let alone patience when dealing with a pair of old duffers). Having changed from a vehicle some 22 years old to one only a few years old, to us it was a bit of a culture shock, but ALL the staff at Salisbury could not have been more helpful - the car is not bad either, now I know why my neighbours & son all bought Mazda vehicles. Just found out that the navigation SD card is faulty - sd card duly ordered by Mazda, supplied and fitted. Happy days!
