Bought magnets from these guys and have no issues with the magnets. However, getting a VAT receipt from them seems to be an impossible task; no one replied to emails. Print invoice link does not work on website. Tried calling the number provided a few times but no one answers.

Have fitted multiple MagFlap letterbox and keyhole draught excluders over last few years.
Challenge: How to facilitate lock use and deliveries, while minimising expensive and uncomfortable heat loss etc?
Easier said than done; but would highly commend this clever and unique solution.
Yet to find anything better, as regards the primary and essential draught-proofing function;
other door-gear manufacturers should seek to licence and incorporate such magnetic flaps.
While not suiting every retro-fit, they are designed to be as versatile as practicable
e.g. in terms of size and mechanism, fixing options, plus choice of surface finishes.
There is already impressive evidence of continuous development and improvement here.
Door furniture has to withstand heavy use; we would appreciate and value even more robust versions.

I never thought I'd call a draught excluder beautiful but it is! It's well made, is big enough to cover my large letterbox opening and importantly for me, is white metal, just what I wanted.
It arrived in the post fairly promptly and was so well packaged, there would have been no chance of it getting damaged enroute. My son fitted it for me in matter of minutes and was equally impressed with it. Just love it!

Easy to use website. Letterbox cover arrived in 3 days as promised. Well packaged and wrapped in tissue paper so it looked like somebody actually cared. Sweet little paper wallet containing the screws. Ie all the packaging could go for recycling. Letterbox cover itself, great quality, looks great, does the job ie keep the wind out, very effectively. Good job. Top marks.

Neat and easy to fit. The letterbox fits flush around the opening to form a tight seal against draughts. The magnet flap appears to works well and hopefully it will continue to do so for years to come.

I recently bought one of these, prompted by a friend who has one, and recommended it. It was easy to fit and really works.Far better than the old bristles one I had. The magnet snaps it shut and keeps the draughts out.

I have had a Magflap letter-box for several years now, on two houses and added their key-hole draught excluder as soon as it was introduced. We like period houses with authentic front-doors but we don’t like the draughts and significant heat-loss that go with them. Magman products work. They are ridiculously easy to fit, well designed and eliminate the heat loss. Brilliant!

I have been very happy with my Magflap draught excluder (matt black) bought around a year ago, until last week when an overzealous mail delivery person pushed a wide envelope through and forced it to open wide and snapped off one of the hinge pins. It will now have to be replaced!

I purchased a Magflap some 12 months ago, and initially it worked fine. Then the flap more or less came away from its housing due to the metal part wearing away the plastic.
I contacted Magflap to inform them of a potential design problem but did not receive a response.
The concept is fine, but if you want a letter flap to last more than 12 months, don’t waste your money.

Flap came quickly and was very easily fitted. Letters come through easily and it looks good too.

The wind used to rattle the letter box annoyingly and that has stopped and it should help to exclude the draught.

Works like a dream, easy to fit, saves money on heating, arrived promptly. Fab u lous.

Tried a different, plastic keyhole cover before which was absolutely terrible and fell off in minutes. Been looking for a different solution for a while and came across Magflap and it looked like exactly what we were after. Arrived a couple days after ordering (order direct, not from Amazon!), fitted it in 30 seconds and it looks great. Seems very sturdy and totally seals the keyhole which would inexplicably blow a stronger wind than the highlands in a storm.

Only negative is that the brass doesn't quite match our antique brass door handle but I knew that would be a risk so I'm not bothered.

I hope it stays put, though, as if it doesn't the steep price is really going to sting. Got a feeling it'll be fine!

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Dead easy to fix,does stop draughts and looks good as well. Very helpful after sales, thanks Nick.

Superb service and product. Needed it urgently and even though it was a Sunday it was all sorted and came. The flap is great as bigger than most and does not have the brushes that stop things coming through. Totally recommend. Plus sustainable!

Arrived quickly, extremely easy to fit, and does exactly what it claims to do. Postman and newspaper delivery have no trouble with it. It really is an excellent piece of kit!

Just received my Magflap today and fitted it in minutes, I am so happy with the quality, it looks good although slightly off white but not really an issue, I’m confident it will be durable and keep out draughts as it’s good quality but not a ridiculous price, one very happy customer

Sold as an interior letterbox draught excluder the Magflap is not expensive, was easy to fit, the seller spoke to me on the phone, and it works so much better than the previous brush type draught excluder that didnt really keep out draughts but made it hard for post to get in. If you are looking for this type of product then I suggest you look at Magflap.
