I stil misses my order and i placeded it 30/7-25 they promised me 3 times to speed up and last frayday they will send it but nothing has ben send yet.

I placed my order on June 21st. It’s July 2nd, and I haven’t received a single update.
I contacted them days ago asking for a refund — of course, no reply.

I don’t even want their goddamn perfume anymore. I want my money back.

Their customer service is an absolute joke — unprofessional, disrespectful, and silent.
This is unacceptable treatment of paying customers.

Never again. Avoid this company at all costs.

Eine Website, die dafür bekannt ist, Kunden zu betrügen.
Auf ihrer Website behaupten sie, Parfums herzustellen, die den Originalen ähneln, und verwenden 20 % Duftöl pro Flakon. Als ich jedoch meine erste Probe meines Lieblingsparfums bestellte, ähnelte es überhaupt nicht dem Original – und entsprach auch nicht den Angaben auf ihrer Website.
Und außerdem beträgt die Haltbarkeit 0 %. Obwohl ich das Parfum widerwillig angenommen habe, bezweifle ich ernsthaft, dass sie auch nur 5 % Duftöl verwendet haben – es hält nicht einmal fünf Minuten auf der Kleidung.
Wenn man eine mittelmäßige oder negative Bewertung hinterlässt, ist mir aufgefallen, dass sie die schlechten Kommentare löschen und nur die behalten, die ihnen gefallen. Das wurde mir klar, als ich mich über einen ihrer gesponserten Beiträge beschwerte. Nachdem ich dem Kommentar nachgegangen war, stellte ich fest, dass sie meine Kritik – oder Rezension, wie auch immer man es nennen will – gelöscht hatten.
Die Lieferung war ebenfalls äußerst schlecht – sie dauerte einen ganzen Monat. Ich hätte fast vergessen, dass ich überhaupt eine Bestellung aufgegeben hatte.

A website known for scamming customers.
They claim on their site that they make perfumes similar to the originals and that they use 20% fragrance oil in each bottle. However, when I ordered my first sample of my favorite perfume, it didn’t resemble the original at all—nor did it match what they claim on their website.
Secondly, the longevity is 0%. Although I reluctantly accepted the perfume, I seriously doubt they even used 5% of fragrance oil—it doesn’t last even five minutes on clothes.
When you leave a moderate or negative review, I noticed they delete the bad comments and only keep the ones they like. I discovered this when I complained on one of their sponsored posts; after following up on the comment, I found out they had deleted my criticism—or review, call it what you will.
The delivery was also extremely poor—it took a whole month. I almost forgot I had even placed an order with them.
