Absolute Scammers!!!

When I placed my original order last year it took ages for it to arrive. The company did not respond to emails I sent and secretely added me to a subscription! The cloths were poor quality and lots of black dye coming out of them. I definitely would not have purchased more! Now they have taken more money from my account and an email sent to say the order is on its way. I have emailed them twice and they have not responded. Absolute scammers!!

Duplicated charge

I’ve just been charged again for an order I paid for several months ago, seriously concerned if this company is keeping a record of my card details

The company have now acknowledged that a regular subscription had been set up in my name ( unknown to me) and have agreed to cancel the subscription and refund the payment taken

Have emailed support twice regarding this and no reply.
I think this is a scam.

I ordered a Magic Wipe cloth on 9…

I ordered a Magic Wipe cloth on 9 January. Despite receiving an order confirmation and a tracking email the order has not arrived. When I try to track it the order cannot be found. I emailed the company and have not received a reply. When I try to submit a query on the website it doesn’t submit. My experience has been dire after spending over £20. I would say do not buy from this company!

I love that I don’t need chemical…

Feels like a scam

I would give this zero stars. Ordered on 4 Jan. Still waiting. First of all signed me into a subscription without my permission which I cancelled. Was told the cloth was coming from Germany when chased as was no sign of the cloth. Tracking now shows coming from China queried this and told German warehouse has supply issues. Have asked for an immediate refund as no idea when this cloth will arrive and frankly not convinced it ever will. Still awaiting a reply on cancellation of my order.

Excellent cloth's bring surfaces to a beautiful finish.

I am pleased with my cloth's they are very absorbent i use them on my shower doors and hand basin they dry and shine them well, also use on granite work surfaces and granite sink in my kitchen they perform exceptionally well.

This cloth is marvellous

This cloth is marvellous. It works so well and I use it every day. One for the shower, including glass screen and taps. The other is used for any polished surface. Genuine honest review and would highly recommend. I am going to buy 2 more whilst the BOGOF offer is still on.

Have sent several mails to their support email, received 1 reply a week ago saying my order was in progress & I would receive a tracking no in 2-3 days. Nothing has arrived and the tracking shows no order. I get daily emails with "updates" to my order, when there are no updates and then going into the link it cannot find my order. No reply to emails, very unhappy customer here!

Awful experience

Ordered 2 cloths and after paying online it says I have subscribed for cloths every 3 months! I managed to to cancel the subscription online with some difficulty. Ordered on 6th Jan and still not arrived 11 days later. Keep getting emails saying their efficient delivery service is going to deliver my parcel but the link doesn’t work for tracking. You can buy these cloths on Amazon on next day delivery for less money.
