A total SCAM. I haven't received any money from the withdrawal. Every time trying to chat with them, they ended chat. I've told them that i will go legal with them and they said that I've used an offensive language and ended chat. Anyone had done any legal action against them?

Can I ask has anyone actually received a withdrawal?

Absolute disgrace of a site , TOTAL RIP OFF , SCAM . Do not play on this site . May aswell put your money in the bin , they do not pay out at all.

What a scam this site is been waiting 4 months for 650.00 pounds and nothink they cancelled it and money went back into my balance and was told to withdrawal again and I have and still pending after 19 days what a load of rubbish absolutely scam

Found this Casino online and made few deposits from which i won 1200. Made a withdrawal and it is now a month when i made it.

On live chat They said it will be 7 working days. Another time they said it will be 7-14 working days, Another time 7-21 working days.

So it is obvious that this is a big scam and they only take deposits as i guess Noone ever had a withdrawal from them.

I hope karma will come back to them…

Zero star, Scam website, you can't get your withdrawal. I deposited 1.5k won 4.5k on the first day. Withdraw 3k been waiting more than 3 months until now still pending, chat person can't help for withdrawal. No where can complaints, sent muti email but no reply at all, case escalated and no result. Do not trust them. Please help to report this and close the website. SCAM!!!!!

Been waiting over 5 months for a £100 withdrawal and they keep giving same excuse below.

I wish I'd have read reviews first, hindsight ey. But I have made a withdrawal today of £700. The site doesn't have a "check withdrawal" section. So I went through my transactions to find it. I got to page 70 and it wasn't there. I spoke to live chat asking why, I also said I'd read some awful reviews online and was quite worried I wouldn't get my withdrawal. The chat person told me "don't believe everything you read online, some people get mad when they lose so leave bad reviews, withdrawal will take 7-21 days".... If anything happens I'll come back to update.

8 days still no money. Its £700 quid I withdrew. Getting same generic replies on live chat, they now cut the chat off when they send the reply. Also noticed they've changed my DOB in my profile, even though they have seen my passport. Don't think I'm going to see this money. Going to try a charge back through my bank. Will update again.

Well, it has been 21 working days and I have not received my £700 winnings. I have just been on live chat, I told them I was going to report them to every gambling agency possible and that taking peoples money and not paying out is disgusting. "Miguel" came to the chat and he disconnected it without even sending me some fake message. I have no raised a dispute with some of my deposit transactions through my bank. If I could give 0 stars I would. Been waiting since 26th of may for a £300 payout we are now 3 months is 60 days in and still on awaiting user request and get the same crap everyday please be patient we have sent urgent reminders if they were urgent then it would of be processed there and then. Absolutely shocking their chat colleagues ending chats when you’re in mid conversation very rude if you ask me!!! I don’t think I will ever get my payout and I’m not hoping I’m giving a review because it’s a scam casino end of!!! Also got told I was priority then got told it’s with higher management and the with the risk team this CASINO TELLS LIES DO NOT PLAY !!!!!!

Shocking customer service. Disconnected chat after asking who the marketing company was which flooded my inbox with links to their inbox. Do not use this company. They do not complay with any data laws, are not regulated by any serious authority.

Been waiting since the 12th June for a £200 withdrawal. The live chat just cuts me off and when I go back on it’s another name for the person in chat. They basically gaslight people by asking how they can help when the previous person just closed chat for no reason. They just want you to give up because let’s face it they aren’t gonna pay up. They always use the same excuse.. at first it was it takes 7-21 days for withdrawals to be processed. Once that time had passed they just keep saying they’ve emailed the department and to just wait until it’s sorted and I will get an email. Then they cut chat. I go back and another person asks how they can help and we just go round in circles with no result. Also check they haven’t changed your DOB in your account. They do this after it’s been verified and you can’t change it back. This way any withdrawals will be an issue. I have emailed to change this but no response as with anything else. Big time scammers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.
