We booked to visit the Eiffel Tower…

We booked to visit the Eiffel Tower with our children aged 4 and 7. There were protests/riots that day and our hotel informed us that roads had been closed and all trips were cancelled. They refused to refund us the money as the trip had taken place with 20 people going. Not many considering how many people fit on a coach. They would not take into account that it wasn’t safe to take such young children into a city where riots were taking place. They wouldn’t uentertain the idea of any kind of refund. Would never use again.
