Faulty Music System, Very Poor Service
I bought a Philips music system from Magicvision through Debenhams website. The Bluetooth developed a fault and I was offered a return by Magicvision.
I arranged the return and bought myself another music system elsewhere but in the mean time Magicvision changed their minds and told me to contact Philips. This wasn't now an option because I had already purchased and started using a new system so I returned the Philips system as I had originally been offered. After several emails, over 7 weeks after receiving the returned music system back, Magicvision decided it had arrived damaged and refused the return. I have received the system back but there is not a scratch on it (pictures sent to Debenhams).
I did not receive any contact from Magicvision at all throughout the process (which took over 4 months) even though Debenhams insisted it was their responsibility.
To Debenhams credit they did eventually agreed to give me a refund out of their own pockets as Magicvision could not provide evidence of any damage, however I will not be using them again either due to the time it took to sort this issue out and the weeks it took to receive a reply from them.
