Warped pages
The pages seemed like they got wet or something. They were warped. May have to send a different picture because our the character didn’t look like our granddaughter. The story was good and she was amazed that she was in a story.

The best Christmas gift!
My son literally screamed when he opened up his gift and it was a book with HIM on it!! I was t expecting that reaction, and it was one of my favorite moments of Christmas :)

Christmas order
Christmas order. I placed an order in hopes of delivery before Christmas, for three Christmas hero books...I have no way of tracking the order, and I have no way of knowing if they will arrive in time.

Communication Is Key
Need to be able to speak to someone via telephone or online chat. Order took too long to arrive & 2 of the 5 wasn’t acceptable because it didn’t look like my grandson. The books are too expensive for the younger kids & for the character not to look like them maybe a problem.

No Christmas delivery…NO Communication
I ordered books on December 10th with the expectation of receiving them before Christmas as it says “Christmas Delivery” and as of today, Dec. 21st. status of order is still showing unfulfilled…..no response from seller when I reached out…nothing about my order tracking has changed…..absolutely no communication whatsoever about order being sent. I am very disappointed because these books are supposed to be Christmas presents.
