Quality of products was pretty low for the price. And the photos of the product and the actual product were different. 2 stars because I received something. 3 stars removed for the reasons above. Not recommended
I placed an order for 2 Magic Puffy goggles for kids last June. It’s now 22st October and they still have not been delivered!! When I complained I kept receiving emails saying they are following up on delivery to no avail.
Their website is a scam!
When I purchased my products, the estimated delivery time stated 3–7 days. However, my order arrived 3 weeks later. It didm't arrive on time, so I requested to return the items. THEY DON'T ALLOW RETURNS; instead, they only offer partial refunds.
I have been in contact with them for 3 weeks now, trying to reach a fair solution. If you have the chance to buy from another website, I strongly recommend doing so. In my experience, this website (MAGICPUFFY) is not trustworthy.
Do not order from this company. The product is terrible and although they list a full refund within 10 days of delivery, they do not adhere to it. They try to simply refund you a portion of your payment despite the refund policy clearly written on their website. Luckily I ordered with AMEX and contested the charge. The goggles suck, and their business or “customer service” is even worse. Spend your money elsewhere.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered items for a summer holiday, at the time of order the system advised a delivery date, this should not be relied upon was the reply when I chased non receipt of the items. Of course I am going to rely on a receipt date when I am ordering items for a holiday!!!! I chased, waited, chased again and was told delivery had taken place on the last day of our holiday yet nobody at Forever Handprints could confirm who had signed and where the items were; they had not in fact been delivered. I have followed up since only to be ignored and no response at all when I ask for a refund. This company is fraudulent and should not be trusted at all.
