So, I bought the privacy screen, they were nothing like advertised, they are extremely easy to crack (both screens in 2 days of application to phone) they were not finger print proof nor were they hydrophobic. They do offer privacy to an extent until (very easily) cracked and (very easily) covered in finger prints that then even becomes less of a reality.
I did leave them a poor review, to their credit they send out a replacement order saying I must have gotten a bad product, however, again, 2 days after applying… broken cracked and covered in prints.

Ordered a screen protector for my phone, but after three weeks, I still didn't get it, even though it says it was delivered. I contacted support but just got answers with random steps to do that none worked. The final result is clear: money paid, no product received. Also, now I'm left with a customs fee to pay on top of the original price because of Norway's taxes and still without a screen protector. They also have no options for delivery where you could choose where the package will be delivered, to home or a delivery point.

I purchased 2 orders for 2 iPhone 15 Pros. Within a couple of days, the screens are damaged. One fell off a bed and the screen cracked. The other fell out of a pocket getting out of the car and landed on the ground. That one has many cracks because of it landing on tiny pebbles. The strength quality of this product is ZERO OUT OF TEN. The Dollar store sells stronger screens.
Second complaint is that customer support doesn’t even get back to you. It has been over a week since I contacted them with no response back. I had also contacted them (2nd email) regarding a return for a second order I placed. I didn’t even open the shipped package as I don’t want it for other phones I have (16e and XR).
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

I ordered two sets of screen protectors for the iPhone 16 Pro Max and iPhone 16 Pro.
Pros:
Very easy to apply; aligns perfectly with the phone edges.
Cons:
The main advertised feature—the glass’s strength—is misleading. On the second day of use, the glass cracked diagonally without any drops or significant impact. There were no chips or visible damage; it simply broke.
The videos showing someone hitting the glass with a hammer or sharp objects are unrealistic and do not reflect actual durability.
Overall, while the installation is excellent, the protector does not deliver on the advertised durability.

I ordered the screen protector for my boyfriend he always wants to support small businesses. Soldered it it came 3-5 very fast but after a few days it started peeling. I contacted about getting a refund for the defectiveness of the product and they refuse to refund but send out another product. I said why would I trust your product again to protect my 1500 dollar product? They said that they product is flawless but I see so many people have the same problem and they don't care. Do not buy this product if you value your you phone

Magic John's screen protectors are brilliant, so easy to apply at home, much better quality than the rubbish you buy in stores and they last.
Will definitely be buying again, although they're so indestructible it probably won't be until I get my next phone.

The screen protector was very easy to put on with applicator that comes with it, and it is more fingerprint resistant than all other screen protectors I've used.
The case has a ring at the back, and I love this design.

I bought a mobile phone charger from this company and it broke just after a month. After a lot of haggling they eventually replaced it.
The new charger broke in the same place after a few days. I feel the product is not fit for purpose and asked for a refund. The company emailed back and refused saying they had already replaced the original charger and accused me of mis-use.
Don’t waste your money with this company because if things do go wrong you’ll be out of pocket.

Your company advertised a free item with purchase. When it did not appear on my invoice, I raised the issue, only to be told it was out of stock. Nowhere in your advertisement did it state “while stocks last” or any such limitation. This is misleading and constitutes false advertising.
When I requested a goodwill discount in place of the missing item, I was told this could not be done. As someone who runs an online retail business, I know this is simply untrue—providing partial refunds is a standard and straightforward process.
I then asked to cancel my order. Instead of honoring this, your team claimed the item had already shipped and that I would need to return it at my own cost, since you do not provide return labels. Again, this is poor practice and completely avoidable—most reputable retailers provide prepaid returns as a basic customer service standard.
To be clear: your company has engaged in false advertising, misled customers, and failed to provide reasonable remedies. On top of this, your support team has responded with generic, dismissive messages that do not address my concerns in context.
This is not about the value of the order (£20) but about principle and legality. Misleading advertising and refusing fair remedies erodes trust, damages your reputation, and breaches basic consumer rights. Unless this is resolved promptly with a full refund and acknowledgment of the misleading promotion, I will be escalating this complaint to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
