Ordered these screen protectors for my phone, my wife's phone and my daughter's phone after seeing ads for them on Instagram. The ad shows a guy taking a hatchet and repeatedly hammering away at the screen protector without even creating a scratch. Funny because within three days of applying the protector to my wife's phone, which also has an expensive protective case, she dropped it once and the protector chipped and cracked in multiple areas. I contacted customer support and they put me through the gamut of sending them pictures and telling them how the phone was dropped and from what height and what type of flooring it hit. Then they said screen protectors crack and they would not cover it under warranty. I fought them on the issue and eventually they gave in and sent out a new set of protectors. Its only been a month now and Ive already had to replace my daughters cracked protector as well. I really can't recommend this product especially for the price they charge. Based on the video ad I saw I thought I was investing in something that was near indestructible but I have bought cheap protectors in the past that have lasted way longer and had a lifetime warranty no questions asked. Don't waste your money.
Update to Magic John response to my review above…why is this the typical response to all of your bad reviews? Maybe you should remove all your false advertising ads on Social media platforms and improve your products instead of just replying with a brush off corporate response.

The screen protector for my iPhone 17 Air chipped within 2 days. I tried to contact customer service at support and it just kept taking me back to the magic John website. It would never take me to support.

Long delay in processing my credit card (via PayPal) payment and thus, a long delay in shipment. However; I did finally receive what I had paid for (high speed 240W 4-n-1 USB charging cables). The cables are very well made and do support ultra-high speed USB-C to USB-C connections. Magic John doesn't have a web option to pay again, so I'll have to order some cables and just have them not ship.

Since smart buyers on Ali or Temu get the same product 1-1, possibly with a different applicator that works exactly the same way. The film didn't even survive a fall of 3 cm onto a wooden tabletop – absolute rubbish.

I have given a 5 star for the reason that they replaced a screen protector after it broke in the 1st couple of weeks from a fall.
The process was good but I am not sold on screens as they do not stand up like the advertising.
It is a shame that this is the case as if they got it right and they actually didn’t crack, break or scratch as advertised the product would be great.
I was the one who purchased them for both our phones and feel let down as your phone is fair investment and it would be great to protect with a great protection

Comically bad product. Mine didn't install straight, even though it's fairly idiot proof. Then it cracked within a week. Customer support was brutal as I thought maybe I just got a defective one with how poorly it performed.

I ordered the lens protector (iPhone 17 Pro Max) based on the company’s marketing for the Gen 3 magnetic lens cover, where Gen 2 is explicitly presented as an inferior version.
Despite this, I was sent a Gen 2 product, without any disclosure. I was not even aware that Gen 2 was still being sold, given how the marketing positions Gen 3 as the current and superior model.
After contacting customer support and providing screenshots of the marketing material, they acknowledged the difference but insisted that I pay an additional $15 to receive the Gen 3 product that was originally advertised. After multiple exchanges, they refused to correct this at no cost.
In the same order, I also purchased two cables and a screen protector. The screen protector significantly reduces touch sensitivity on the phone, which further adds to my dissatisfaction with the overall quality of the products received.
Taken together, this experience shows a lack of transparency and quality control. I do not consider this acceptable customer service.

Based on the listing and marketing materials shown at checkout, the product appeared to be a newer, magnetic solution. The item that was delivered is a non-magnetic version, which does not correspond to that presentation.
Offering a paid “upgrade” to receive the product that was implied by the marketing does not resolve a situation where the original item was not as described. In such cases, consumer rights are normally addressed through a refund, not an upsell.
I am not requesting a free upgrade or additional products. I am simply seeking a refund for the lens protector that was misleadingly presented, while keeping the rest of the order unchanged. This review reflects my experience to date.

However, I don’t feel it would be honest to remove the review entirely, as the experience described below is still accurate. I hope Magic John considers revisiting its policies regarding defective products, and that my experience was a one-off others won’t have to go through.
I wanted to like Magic John. Clean install, slick marketing, big promises. What I got instead was two screen protectors that cracked on their own and a customer service policy that hides behind “industry standard” excuses.
The first protector chipped almost immediately—within a day or two of application—right near the top speaker. I hadn’t dropped my phone, slammed it down, or hit it against anything. It just… cracked. Worse, the chip was sharp enough that it nearly cut me. That’s not just disappointing; that’s unsafe.
When I contacted customer service, they were reasonably quick to respond, but immediately hit me with “we need a photo.” Fine, I get wanting proof—except my phone is my camera. Removing the already-fractured protector to document it caused it to break further, which they then used as justification to deny any help. They told me there was “nothing they could do” and that needing a photo was an “industry standard.” It isn’t. It’s just their policy, and a convenient one at that.
They eventually sent a second protector. Two months later, it cracked too—again without any drop or impact—this time at the bottom edge near the swipe area. I didn’t even notice it immediately, until it sliced my thumb. A screen protector that fails silently and cuts you is not protecting anything.
At this point, I’m done. Two spontaneous cracks, zero accountability, and a rigid support process that ignores obvious real-world use. If your product can’t survive normal handling and your solution is “sorry, no photo, no help,” that’s not quality—that’s a liability.
Save your money. There’s no magic here—just brittle glass and corporate shrugging.

Ordered a screen protector with privacy feature but its not working with fingerprints on s24fe model phone. So customer service replied quickly and offered to send a new set of clear protectors. So far, the service is great. And the installation is very easy. It feels goods, cant wait to get the clear version.
Edit: i got the clear version and it fixed the issue, fits great, feels good and excellent service.

Quality was terrible, nothing like their ads they make. I work outside so I needed a screen protector that was going to protect my screen to the highest standards. Within a week the screen protector cracked and has air bubbles. Installation was very easy but do not let it fool you, I’m unsatisfied with this product

These screen protectors are absolute crap, the thing chipped on the edge the first day, they don’t fit my phone properly without the corner trying to lift up
The camera lens protector for the 17 pro max is just as shitty due to the magnets not being strong enough to hold on.
For the price they charge it’s definitely not worth wasting your money. It’s cheaply made Chinese crap with a not so cheap price tag. 😡
