Ordered dream catcher decorations and a set of cards in December, is now Feb and have received nothing. Emailed twice and had no reply. Have escalated through PayPal to hopefully get a refund but otherwise I've lost nearly £40.

Ordered 2 of the 'Dogs Pooping in Beautiful Places' calendars as joke xmas presents and a bluetooth transmitter for the car on 3rd December. They arrived after Xmas. Calenders could have been made at a school fete. Bluetooth transmitter could have been from 1998. Order at your peril. Customer services non-existant. 43 quid wasted.

Wish I read reviews before buying. I ordered a cat toy spring on 21st December and I'm still waiting. I've asked for order to be cancelled and refunded immediately. They have tried to fob me off with we will be shipping soon. I've asked for manager to contact me to complain. They also do not seem to answer your email just send a automated answer.

Do not order from this company. Total scam

ordered 4th dec never heard from them after 4 weeks lucky i paid via paypal put a complaint to them had to wait 7 days then paypal returned my money.I did receive the 2 items(mens cardigans) they was meant to be size xl they was more like a size m no where near fitted, NO RETURN ADDRESS, FALSE MY HERMES TRACKING NUMBER,also says magicin uk came from china
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

Emailed them 3 times and no response. My order did arrive yesterday (Saturday) 7th Jan but it was so badly packed that watch face is broken. So I've emailed again for them to replace the watch, still no response.
What a waste of space this company is.

I ordered two dresses on the 4th December and still not recieved them they also sent me a Hermes tracking number so I checked it and that number didn’t exist do not buy of this company

False advertising, over priced, still waiting for part of order. Ordered November 8th and received part of order after Xmas. Charged twice as much as the identical item bought elsewhere. Do not reply to e-mails and items are very poorly made

I do not know why I didn’t A) go with my gut feeling in this company and B) come to trust pilot.
Order hasn’t arrived, emails ignored. I’m out of pocket and no dinosaur trucks for my children.

Ordered the Llewellyn Witches Calendar cost £20 including postage. They sent us a fake version of the calendar. This one had blurry images, wrong text, typos, wrong moon phases and none of the rituals or holidays. So upset as my mum was really excited to gift me this calendar.

Unable to track, order number doesn't exist, it hasn't arrived. £63.62 down......

Wish I had read reviews before ordering a Christmas jumper. One email answered then absolutely nothing.

I've ordered beginning of December took money straight away no sign of parcel. Have emailed them no reply.

I think is must be a scam. I have tried asking about my order but don’t get anywhere and the tracking no doesn’t work. Glad I didn’t spend a lot of money but I would avoid them.

false hermes number for tracking and no delivery. no response to 3 emails so far after almost 3 weeks since placing order. no phone number to complain to or get refund for item not delivered. Company appears to be a scam.. only wish I'd checked on here before ordering.
