Got charged in May for my purchase, still have not received and no follow up has been given.

The product does not work. Swipe one direction and it picks the hair up. Swipe the other direction and it just re-deposits the hair back onto what you’re trying to clean. The mitt slides around your hand, so going quickly back and forth like they suggest doesn’t actually work. Customer service is responsive, but ultimately unhelpful. They want video uploaded of their terrible product in order for a refund, or for you to pay international shipping to return to Australia. Scam company, poorly designed and poorly executed product.

What is right with this company? They are not honest. It does not say that the substandard goods which are charged at a ridiculously high price can only be returned to Australia for a full refund. This is a joke seeing as the package was posted from the UK.

I made an order with them, spending around 30£.
I didn't received the order.
I contacted the customer service. And they didn't issue yet the refund.

Ordered the brush on Dec 26, 2025 and as of Feb 26, 2026 I have yet to receive the product. Sent email Jan 16, 2026 asking for an update. They said wait 7-14 days for delivery so I did. Left a comment on Facebook saying I didnt get the item so they contacted me with the exact same template response saying wait 7-14 days. According to tracking its been in the city since Jan 4. Now they finally reported it lost.

I purchased the Magic brush and the grooming glove… took a long time to arrive and the quality of the products is shocking! Very cheap and not at all as advertised. Do not buy from this company!! Trying to return order for refund and after several emails they tell me I have to post it to Australia?! Return address on the parcel is a London address…

If they had zero stars, they would be getting it.Not only did my package get stolen? But they refused to give me my money back if they had zero stars.I would do that, unfortunately, I can't. This company is a fraud.

I ordered a Magic Steam Grooming Brush after the product image clearly advertised a “FREE Magic Brush” included with the purchase.

When my order arrived, the free brush was missing. Customer service initially told me they would send a replacement and provided tracking, then later claimed it had been delivered (it had not). After querying this, they changed their story and said the free brush was never included with my order at all and only applied to a different bundle.

This was confusing and contradictory, and the advertised offer was not honoured.

Very disappointing experience and I would not order again.

Product useless. They do not respond to emails. Their phone number has been disconnected

The brushes just don’t work. I wish I’d read these reviews before wasting my money. The 30 day money back guarantee is useless too. They asked me to send a video of it not working, but when I sent it they said it only works on a smooth surface. My video was of me trying to brush gym leggings which is as smooth as you could get in a fabric. It’s a total scam

I purchased a magic brush during a two for one deal via a Facebook ad. While I received one magic brush I reached out to the company to request the second. After almost three month's of repeatedly being asked my contact/shipping information and providing a photo of my visa statement to prove the purchase they continue to deny that I ordered their product let alone send the second brush. I did not receive a tracking number and they deny the packaging is for their company. I have a single very expensive product and a negative customer experience. Buyer beware.

Picks the hairs fairly well but in my experience not as demonstrated in the videos. Hair and fur clings to the bristles and not in the centre as expected so takes some effort to remove from the brush itself. Still quicker and easier to do a quick swipe of the sofa than getting the vacuum cleaner out.

Ordered on 28 December and cancelled immediately via email. Magic Brush acknowledged the cancellation within hours and confirmed a refund would be issued.
That refund never arrived. Since then, they have completely stopped responding to emails. Interestingly, they were extremely quick to reply before.

This behaviour is unacceptable and deeply concerning. Promising refunds and then going silent is not how a legitimate business should operate. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

This is a total scam. Ordered in early December, still don’t have it! Multiple e-mails sent to them. They replied with their canned email message. No phone number to call because they have the money and don’t want to refund it. Luckily wasn’t an expensive mistake. But I’m still furious about it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FOOLS!!

The product never arrived, yet it was marked as delivered. I tried following up and got nothing back complete silence. The so called money back guarantee clearly means nothing. It's frustrating being ignored after paying and expecting basic accountability.

I had almost accepted that payouts were a thing of the past, but after my third one on #Stovex#Global#Inc, that belief disappeared.

Ordered in November and still have not received order. Customer service refuses to help or refund my money. Do not recommend this company!

I ordered on December 11th and still haven't received my order. I checked today and it says undeliverable. Nonsense. I have stuff delivered at my home all the time. I'm asking for a refund. Haven't heard anything back yet. Very disappointed.

Purchased product, wanted 3 weeks for it to arrive. Used 1 of the gloves on the carpet as shown in video and it doesn't pick the hair up anywhere as effectively as they state. I purchased this on the amazing reviews and now disappointed. Sent an email to customer service for 30 day money back guarantee to be told by "Brandon" thst I would receive a full refund within a couple of business days, nothing received chased up again today and have been told to receive a refund I need to send a video of product and the reason why im not satisfied with it. Never stayed that in the original email. DO NOT PURCHASE FRIM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A NO QUIBBLE 30 DAY MONEY BACK REFUND.

This does go a good job of picking up the hair, but it is really hard to get the hair off of the glove.

A complete scam!!!! No delivery of product although says product delivered. Try follow up and zero response from the company. 30 day money back refund doesn't exist. They are a fake company pretty much save your money!
