Hello Pat. The reason why we ask for selfies is that we need to make sure the person submitting the documents and applying for a loan is who they claim to be. We're a strictly online business, and we have found no better way to verify identity. If you have a better idea, we're happy to hear! We're trying to make the lending process as secure as possible, but we know some steps in that process may be a little annoying. In any case, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sorry for not making the process as clear as it could be. I can assure you, we're not trying to get customers' information to not approve them. Was in a pinch
Was in a pinch, needed super fast emergency funding. Applied online, they said quick approval. After waiting over 5 hours and hearing nothing I called for a status update. The lady on the phone was very hard to understand, she talked a mile a minute and was very rude. She ended up telling me that my application had not yet been review but that she would expedite it. An hour and 15 minutes later I received an email saying I was approved. They are capable of lending up to 50 percent of my income, they approved me ( even still telling me this was 50% of my income) what was equal to only 10 %. And not nearly what I needed or requested. I borrowed anyway and figured out the rest that I needed. Then come the days the payments are due they process early and it comes out before my pay hits my account. Sending me into overdraft for a very short time until my pay hits the account. THEY WORKED FOR ME SOMEWHAT IN A PINCH BUT I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER EVER CONSIDER THEM AGAIN SHOULD I HAVE ANOTHER EMERGENCY

Unfortunately, I can't locate your file in our system to understand what exactly happened. Maybe you applied with a different last name? In any case, in the past few weeks, there were some days when we were a little behind on applications - November is when our busiest time starts. We are working around the clock (literally, since we're now funding loans 24/7) to improve our services as much as possible. We've hired new staff recently to be able to service our clients the best we can. Now, in terms of approval amounts, that varies on a case-by-case basis. Legally, we can only lend a maximum of 50% of what customers receive on any pay date (not the monthly income), but the amount we will actually lend depends on other variables. In regards to your due date, that is something that we can tweak on our end; our payments are pulled early in the day, but that doesn't work for all clients, so we have some degree of flexibility on that end. If you would like to discuss your experience with us, feel free to give us a call.
Great Experience
They're like working with someone you know. They are friendly, flexible and very helpful. I've used them a few times, and it has been nothing but positive.

I was speaking to a representative how to reloan she informed me she had my payment but you have to wait for ACH which takes a payment to clear 3 to 5 days which she already confirmed my loan was payed I know it can take 2 to 5 days for a funds to be received but this is fishy when a company has the funds already and telling you there's another process

I would like to apologise for our communication mishap. ACH payment does take 3 to 5 days to clear and from what I checked, our representative gave you incorrect information: we haven't received your payment when you spoke with them. When a payment clears, clients receive a confirmation email and that's a 100% automatic process. If we haven't received the email at that point, that meant we haven't received your payment. I'm sorry about the confusion.

Really bad experience
Really bad experience, scammer’s. I took a loan on Thursday (6/12)of $300 which I had to repay on the following Thursday (6/19)for $342. On that day I needed to re loan for one more week, they told me that they have to wait till the money hits their a/c which takes 3days or else I could e-transfer the amount and they will cancel the bank withdrawal which I did and got the 2 loan for $400 which I need to repay in 7 days. But they process the payment and got debited $342 again so in total I paid $684 for a $300 loan and the refund will be after 3 days which is on Wednesday and I got to repay the $400 plus interest on Thursday now I have to pay the interest for the money they have ,Never ever these guys. Don’t e-transfer the amount they will take the amount twice.
