Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. One project that I didn't approve used all of the credits for the whole month. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and they just don't respond. Don't use this!

I had a very disappointing experience with this platform and its customer support.
While generating AI content, the website became unresponsive and appeared to be frozen. Shortly afterward, I discovered that my account had been charged multiple times for what I intended to be a single generation request, resulting in approximately $25 worth of credits being consumed.
I contacted support and explained that my concern was not whether the generations were completed, but whether a platform issue caused multiple charges from a single user action.
Unfortunately, support repeatedly responded with the same generic explanation that the generations were completed and therefore the credits could not be refunded. My actual concern was never properly investigated.
What made the experience even worse was the support process itself. Tickets would often go unanswered, and the only way to receive a response was to open a new ticket. In addition, support agents repeatedly closed tickets without resolving the issue or answering the questions that were being asked.
I understand that technical issues can happen on any platform. What disappointed me was the lack of accountability, the refusal to properly investigate the matter, and the poor handling of support requests.
The AI models themselves are good, but based on my experience, if you encounter a billing dispute or credit consumption issue, do not expect a thorough investigation or effective customer support.
For that reason, I cannot recommend this service and will be taking my business elsewhere.
I agree with Kent Meeker's review. It takes a million credits to generate a few seconds of video, so the 15 million credits a month for the lifetime deal is no deal. Up until around 5/27/26 you could get about a half million free credits each day, but they've dropped that. Now you can burn up all your credits in a few minutes, or at most an hour or two. I regret spending $400 on this lifetime plan. The music generation models only make small clips, nothing like the 8 minute songs Suno can do.
Galaxy ai was great! Magica is horrific! They are theives! They take your credits and give you nothing! Customer service is basically non-existant. I have been waiting for a week for a response. I thought I would try again today and they did the same thing.... took almost 5M credits and I have NOTHING to show for it!
I paid $400 directly to the website Galaxy.ai for a permanent Lifetime Subscription. A core advertised feature of this subscription was a daily credit accumulation system. The company has since rebranded to 'Magica' and unilaterally removed the credit system, severely altering and degrading the product I paid a premium flat rate to access. Other legacy users report being locked out or extorted for more money. This is a deceptive bait-and-switch practice, violating the terms of the lifetime contract. Additionally, you can no longer select the specific ai tool that you would like to use. Magica 'uses' the right one for you....but it doesn't.
It choses the ai tool that will use the most credits instead of letting you pick your ai engine.
Currently, I do not recommend Magica and I've filed a report with galaxy.ai (Samsung), Magica, FTC and BBB.
If I don't receive a response within 14 days, I will seek out other legacy users who are as upset as I am.
I've been using Magica.com for a couple of weeks, and so far, it's relatively good. I'm not that happy that it says it does everything like SUPERCOOL THE DUD claims they do, because they draw the line at anything even mildly ADULT-related. The price can't be beat, though. 15 bucks a month for Pro, and you get all they have, or $399 one-time, and you have it for life. Not bad! You can easily create 10-second videos for your website in as little as 5 minutes if you give the right parameters in the beginning. I'm keeping my subscription to create non-adult-themed influencers and videos
Magica has been a massive timesaver for me. Having Claude, GPT, and Gemini all in the same dashboard is so much easier than constantly switching between a million open tabs just to compare different AI outputs.
The built-in templates and workflows make it super easy to churn out content and social media posts quickly. The interface can feel a bit cluttered at times because there’s just so much packed into it, but honestly, you can't beat the value. It saves me a fortune on separate subscriptions every month. If you use AI a lot for work or side projects, it’s definitely worth checking out to simplify your setup.
