I didn't got my order. And it was not possible to get in contact with them. Now I am still waiting to get the articles or any Information to be sure that I will get my Money back if I send the first articles back.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. This is one of those dodgey scam companies with a strange name that pops up in your Facebook feed selling clothing that looks NOTHING like the picture and is of pathetically cheap quality for what you pay. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS SELLER. THEY ARE RIP-OFF MERCHANTS.
I took a risk and ordered two items in September. Only one has ever arrived. They do not respond to emails. BUT if you lodge a dispute via Paypal they will respond and you can get a refund. BUT they do not refund the full amount that they promised in there messages, and because they say that the dispute must be marked as 'closed' before they can issue a refund (which I suspect is a lie also), there is nothing you can do to get the proper amount back.
THESE KIND OF SELLERS ARE SHAMELESS AND OPPORTUNISTIC LIARS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY. I GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL BE CHEATED AND BE COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED. (Same goes for Purem Shops, Glosgri, and other bizarrely-named cheapo asian rip-off stores selling goods via shopify. BEWARE.

What a scam! Very bad product quality, looks nothing like the item on the picture. I tried to return my items, but the conditions are so bad and impossible to fulfill for example you cannot use any of the household shipping providers (here was their original answer):

"Also, please note: we do not accept any returning packages through DHL, FedEx, UPS or any other expedite shipping methods."

Misuse of pictures. Item nothing like what I ordered! No answer to enquiry on return. No more internet purchases for me.

I saw an ad for this lot on Facebook and took a closer look. The website appeared primitive with poor English which was at odds with the "photo's" of the garments at catwalk fashion shows. This was like a novice in some swampy outbuilding putting together what they think a fashion website ought to look like without having had any real involvement in the industry. There were very strange sizing's that didn't match the cut of the individual products also, the sales pressure of allegedly 100's having been sold already and so few left seemed insanely exaggerated and gave the game away so this aroused my suspicions that this was a very unsophisticated unreliable site and thank god I checked this ex-customer site as it confirmed my suspicions. Despite your misgivings you can "talk" yourself into parting with cash as you want the items,it is very easily done.

FRAUD - BE WARNED. Never received my merchandise, their phone, and contact email did not work. Had to open a dispute with the bank and PayPal.

I got ripped off $118 , only received one dress worth 12.99$ and nothing else. Of course customer service email, doesn't work and emails are undeliverable!!! Been waiting over a month after my credit card was charged! Absolute SCAM

Garbage, garbage, garbage. It took them a month to send my items and the clothes do not look anything like the website. I ordered a few sweaters and they were so frumpy that I wear it around the house now when all my other clothes are dirty. You also can't send anything back because even if you tried, it costs more than your entire order to ship back to China. Please do not order from this horrible website.

The worst company I have ever purchased from. Bought a coat on 11/24/2018 and got it today 2/02/2019.. it was the cheapest material I have ever seen. I would never buy again. Trying to return but I have little hope that I can. It’s close to a fake company. No customer service to complain too. Don’t be fooled. This is a rip-off big time.

Unfortunately i have never received my jacket, neither my money.
I´m trying to get my refund but it seems like i have to tell my lawyer to contact them

Royal Mail have no knowledge of my parcel!

Do not use this company you might as well burn your cash as you items will never materialise!

Don't waste your time and money here! I ordered two coats for my girlfriend for Christmas. Order was placed on Dec. 2, website says "processing time" is 5-7 days, then will notify when shipped. After more than 2 weeks and no information, I email - there is no way to call them, that I could discover. I am told via email that "processing times are longer at the moment due to the large number of orders". Eventually, ONE of the items shows as shipped. Took over a month to receive from order placement date, and then the item was WAY too small!! We ordered a much larger "size" than she usually wears, because by viewing the sizing chart measurements, that seemed appropriate. However, they must not use a tape measure with actual inches, because the item was even smaller than the size listed. Second item was never shipped, no communication. Finally, SIX WEEKS after placing my order, I am offered a partial refund on the remaining "out of stock" item (never notified me of that until I inquired multiple times).

Overall, insanely long "processing" and shipping times; items will be listed as available, but not; plus, I received a "FOREIGN TRANSACTION" charge on my credit card. Huh?? The website lists the prices in US Dollars...there should be no charge. This was a totally infuriating experience, and especially bad to ruin a Christmas present!! Never buy from here!!

THEY R HORABLE CHAP QUALITY CLOTHING AND DONT RECIVE UR STUFF AFTER MONTH'S

I advise no one to order from here.I place an order before thanksgiving and it’s now 2019 in January , I don’t understand why I haven’t gotten my order yet and they gave me all excuses to why my order hasn’t been shipped. It’s absolutely ridiculous they are scammers, I will never again put myself in a situation like this ever again. Poor customer service.

This is the most bogus site ever. I order a long snap front cardigan. What I received was unbelievable not at all what I ordered. The customer service was appalling. They offered no solution nor a refund. Please whatever you do Never Ever Order anything from this company

I did not receive my clothes and they dont want To refund for the missing clothes. Moreover the clothes I received or totally différent from the description and pictures on their website. I AM arguing for 1 month To get my money back and they propose me à 25$ refund out of an order of 216$. This is a fraudulent website never order on it.

HORRIBLE experience! I ordered a jacket over a month and a half ago, received in the mail yesterday and it is completely different material and color and item that I ordered!!I have sent numerous emails with no response. There is no customer service number or return shipping info!
