Good Quality and quick to respond with help when necessary
We've used a number of Mageworx extensions with our Magento (Adobe) Commerce Cloud installation all with excellent success. The best part has always been the technical support. For the few times I've needed to contact Mageworx directly, they've always been quick to respond and quite helpful. If you're on the fence about choosing any of their extensions for Magento, I would highly recommend them. Not only for the quality and flexibility of the extension, but also the support if you need it.

Module did not work but the best thing…
Mageworx apologized and we got a Module at nc. They installed it and we got it to work.Anyhow some of the Setting and Cart views make no real sense at least not for EU customers. We had some issues in Checkout which we still look into it, but it seems to be compatibility problem with Land of Coder extensions. As I understand from Mageworx, this would be a paid serice to make it compatible. This is definatly different to other companies, which do that for free.

Module did not work but the best thing was that they was looking to a failure in a Module which was not even installed yet (and we clearly stated which module did not work), than we was forced to remove the Module, as they was thinking we had no open order. They are stupid enough, not to look to open orders and than they just refunded the order. I never ever had this kind of behavior.

After clarification, the Modules works OK, even if I would do it it in a slightly different way. The bad part is, that it is nit compatible with the Mirasvit Reward Module and we would need to pay for it to get it to work, which basically would be gone after each Update I guess

First please accept our apology for this bad experience with our company. I reviewed your tickets and, indeed, our support team hasn’t checked your new order, in which you re-purchased the modules after the first refund. That’s why our team asked you if you need our help with the extension removal because the first order was refunded. The second refund was processed after you asked our team to remove the re-purchased modules due to this case. Our team mistakenly thought that it initiated the refund process. We always process the refund requests with high priority, because we offer unconditional, “no questions ask” refunds. That’s why your last order was refunded right after your request to remove the modules.
However, definitely, it’s our fault in the first place. We apologize for this problem once again.
