Mageworx Helped Me Out When Magento Wouldn't
Bought a Mageworx extension on the Magento marketplace (don't do that again) and needed the full file set. Reached out to Mageworx and they were able to put the module in my account. That is customer support.
Definitely do not hesitate to buy extensions from these guys -

Mageworx - Great Products & Great Service
I purchased a couple of extensions and was able to install one with no issue however I couldn't get the other one installed. I raised a ticket and was contacted immediately. Mageworx resolved the issue and installed the extension for me.
I've been a Mageworx customer for years. The quality of their customer service and support is equal to the outstanding quality of their products!
