I've pretty much used all the main storage places in Reading and I can safely say this is one of the best, if not THE best.

Nathan and his team made the whole experience so easy, and they're friendly demeanour means I actually go to say hello and have a chat when I'm there.

Facilities are nice and clean, units too. Easy access, plenty of parking, and all the security bells and whistles you could want.

Wouldn't go anywhere else from now on!

Friendly, helpful and very professional staff. Gave me a decent discount on an already good price for the unit I rented out also had access all hours. Every time I have contacted them I get a reply within an hour or so.

I wasn't impressed to find out that the unit I am renting was not going to be available for aprox 4 day's as the floors are being painted. Ryan ( assistant manager) was a bit off with me when I told him that, not great customer service. I was not made aware of any painting work being done whilst I was renting the unit. I also couldn't use my pin code as it wasn't paired to the system so had to ring someone to get that sorted to. Not a great start.
After speaking to Nathan ( general manager) yesterday I have had my problems resolved and dealt with and am happy to give a 5 star rating.
