Ordered a six month subscription

Ordered a six month subscription for a puzzle magazine. Did no receive any communication or the product after three weeks, tried calling them number not recognised! Started to get concerned I had been scammed, but sent email and social message to them, they responded within 24hr and tge next day I received my magazine. They had been waiting for the next issue before sending. Delighted and relieved. Thank you

No communication

Like other reviewers, I have received no acknowledgement of my order and no replies to three emails. Is this a legitimate business? I too feel my money has been stolen by this firm. Is there any action that can be taken?

Fast delivery

Fast delivery - excellent packaging: high-end magazine received in perfect condition.
I was concerned having read the poor reviews here, especially as there was no acknowledgment e-mail when I placed the order. There is no way of checking status after placing the order, hence one star deducted.

Doesn't respond - Beware!

Placed a 4 issue subscription last month. Money taken but no confirmation sent. Nothing received to date, despite magazine being released some time past. Seller not responding to messages. Not sure where I go from here!

Where is my order?

I purchased a subscription on October 6, but as yet I have not received my magazine. I have emailed Magazine supermarket 4 times but have got no reply. I posted a letter to their address but have got no reply. I have tried ringing them but cannot get through. I do not know what to do next. I feel like my money has been stolen.

good price, next day delivery

Yesterday I ordered a copy of "Carve" magazine. Not only was the price including postage cheaper than elsewhere - but it arrived this morning! Fantastic service, well done Magazinesupermarket and Royal Mail.
