Live chat never actually live

They advertise 24/7 live chat but it’s basically an offline form half the time. You type, wait, get an email hours later. Might as well just say email support instead of pretending it’s instant.

Fast deposit, dead games

Money went in instantly using my card. Then I played for about an hour and honestly, I don’t think I hit a single exciting feature. Just flat spinning. It’s hard to stay when it feels that dry.

Old-looking live casino

The live dealer section looks like it’s running on outdated software. Video quality average, interface clumsy, no modern features like tip buttons or side bets I like elsewhere. Didn’t feel immersive, just flat and slow.

No phone support

Sometimes you just want to talk to a real person on a call, especially when money is stuck. They only have chat and email, both of which are slow when it matters most.

Didn’t like the vibe

It’s hard to explain, but the whole site just gives off a slightly shady vibe. Too many popups, small print everywhere, not enough straightforward information. I decided to cut my losses early and move on.

Terrible search function

Tried to search for a specific slot name, got zero results. When I scrolled manually it was obviously there, just spelled exactly the same. So their search bar is basically useless. Waste of time.

No fun mini games

Some casinos have little side games or missions that at least distract you. Here it’s just straight money drain without any creative extras.

Shaking my head

Shaking my head, tossed in some cash to try my luck. At least they didn't ask for docs, but I burned my funds on a bunch of dead spins without any decent hits. Cam't complain too much, though.
