I didn’t realize when I ordered that it would automatically be taken from my account. They said I only had to pay shipping at the time. Well they took $190 out my account which was to go to groceries for my kids and I can’t figure out how to get it back. So they screwed me over big time. Buyer Beware
I fell for the 'try before you buy' and purchased something from them. Not only did they charge me the $5.90 they said they were going to, but they also put a $150 hold on my credit card within five minutes of my order.
I immediately reached out to the company three different times, three different ways; nobody ever responded. I specifically said I wanted that order canceled ASAP.

I am not a large person by no means and nothing of these products have worked for me at all in 6 months they haven't done any wrinkle remover cellulite looking better stretch marks nothing, unfortunately my sister bought this crap. Be poised be tight be whatever and she sent it to me for Christmas I have used all of it and none of it has made any difference making my skin is just too tough for it all . I used it daily and nightly and not a freaking thing has changed I hope that Michelle Wold can get a complete refund

I used a different product of theirs
I used a different product of theirs, but I was smart enough to use a card that did not have all the money they wanted to charge instead of just the $5.90 for shipping. These people do not understand that once you put a hold on money it cannot be used until the merchant takes the hold off which means the customer has no access to the money. I basically do not trust most merchants on the internet who claim to only require shipping because in most cases that's a lie.

This product is a scam. It does NOT work. They make it difficult to make a return and get a refund. They automatically hit your account with a $180+ hold which they do not tell you about.

Refund temporarily on hold
I ordered the cream and use the try before you buy it process for $5.90 for shipping and handling and was charged $124.67 for pre-authorization fees did they did not cover in the process of of me buying this cream from them for only $5.90 and then they said that when I asked for a refund they said that it would take up to 24 hours before anyone will get back to me in the emails and then between 4 to 7 days the hold on the 124.67 will clear itself if I brought the product or if I did not return the product which is very confusing so I hope people get a class action A lawsuit against them for this because they are wrong. they charge my account overcharged my banking account and refuse to send me back my money and I had other things to do with my money

Try before you buy
Try before you buy. $5 and they authorize your card for the full amount. Fair enough. Product arrived. Did not smell remotely like anything advertised. Contacted for a return. Returned product within the window the rep gave me. Two days later my bank account is CHARGED TWICE for products I no longer have and did not keep. The company has offered a $79 store credit when they have charged me $287 at present time. Unacceptable!
