The products are good but the customer experience is not it took months for them to cancel me after they took lots of money when I had canceled it. I will not buy again

I’ve bought so many different products from Maelys and so many of them have made their way into my daily routine. The quality, fragrance and results are what keep me coming back. I’m always excited when they launch new products and will continue to try whatever they come up with! I have been using Maelys products for about a year now. I am not disappointed with any of their products. Having sensitive skin, I am not irritated by any of their products. They smell wonderful and makes my skin feel silky and look amazing.

OMG, it has been 6months since I have been using the dreamy products. I went from wearing a size 15 to wearing a size 10. I am amazed. I will not stop using this.

Products don’t work and they stick you with a have the subscription I wouldn’t recommend to a dog

I subscribed to 2 products I was told were wonderful. They weren’t. Tried to cancel on the website. No luck. Emailed. No response. They continued billing my credit card. I cancelled the card due to the repeated attempts to bill my card. They SOMEHOW billed my bank. Went back to the website- it still showed subscribed. Tried AGAIN to AGAIN try to cancel. Even though I’ve jumped through all the hoops, the subscriptions still showed active. This is fraud.

This is 1000% a scam! Do not do the try before you buy, it’s not real. My review on the product I received would’ve been that it didn’t do what they said but it was a good smelling and soft lotion…. However, I did decide to return it because it didn’t do what I had hoped, was kind of expensive for a regular lotion, and my boyfriend was getting headaches from the smell. All valid reasons within the advertising of “can return within the time frame for any reason.” I gave the product a good shot but ended up submitting a return for it a few days before the trial ended. The next day after submitting the return I dropped it off at UPS. A few days after I dropped it off I got notified that they charged me so I reached out for help. They said I needed a receipt to prove I dropped it off… I placed it in a drop box so I don’t have a receipt. Some time passed and the package arrived at their facility. But they told me because it arrived after the return window (again not in my control) they can only offer a store credit. I am going to be stuck using their below average products and my money going to a shitty company. If any of the 5 star loving this company people want to buy my products off of me I would be forever grateful!
