Buyer beware! I would give less then one star if it was an option. I ordered a dress boot from Madixa on Dec 3rd and it took nearly 4 weeks to arrive...in an envelope in the mail. Once received, the shoe looked nice, but was way too small and tight for my foot. After a closer look, the shoe had no support or padding on the sole. I contacted customer support and requested a refund and return instructions. I was told I had to return the shoes to their warehouse in China. That would cost $92..more then I paid for the shoes! I asked for a state-side option to send the return (they have an office in WY). Then I stopped receiving emails from the support team. Very frustrating experience....I will not be buying from Madixa ever again.

I was looking for a good show after bunion surgery recovery. The shoes are stylish and very comfortable BUT shipping is horribly slow and exchanges are very problematic. Support is purely email driven with very slow responses, if ever.
Be positive of your size before you order and consider they run a little large because it will become a nightmare if they’re not right once they arrive.

This company communicates with customer extremely well ad their shoes are top of the line I liked my first pair so much I've decided I needed another pair.I highly recommend this company and their shoes and also the staff.

I made a mistake on my order ,which they were prompt on understanding and helped me with no problem..

Recently bought a pair of black Chelsea Boots from Madixa. The boots arrived in a fabric bag. (No Box) they were all balled up and wrinkled because of how they were shipped.

The quality was very low and didn’t match what I thought I was getting. I contacted Madixa Support to return them and they said it was going to cost $216 dollars in shipping fees to return the boots (More then double what the boots cost)

I won’t be buying anything from this site again.

Read reviews bfr u buy. The reviews that u reading that r good is posted by the company. They have 1star ratings. They work w a wrong charts for sizes. If u need 2 return or exchange the product b prepared 2 pay double. Customer service # is out of order. They txt u with all kinds of excuses. My advice as a customer who dealt w this company and got nothing is STAY AWAY.

this appears to be a fake company with cheap shoes! and it is not a USA company they are from CHINA!!!! my advice is to stay away and don't get ripped off like i did

I purchased a pair of boots from this company. The boots looked great in the website and even better than I thought once delivered and received. My only regret is that the sizes are not true to form. I wear a 10.5 and that’s what I ordered as I wasn’t to believe anything different. I tried to get the boots on, however they were two sizes too small! Tried returning at the local post office however the price was $59 to ship and return. Madixa stated that once they received the tracking number, they would send out the correct size. For me the price of the return wasn’t worth the cost of the shoe. That meant I would have paid double the price for the shoes. Tried contacting their customer support and was referred back to their website for issue resolution. This is unacceptable. Please read the reviews before purchasing anything from this company! If it wasn’t for the cost of the exchange fee I would have rated them a five star.
I received an update email from Aiza, asking if I could send the shoes back via a cheaper return method. The price quoted was the least expensive payment method. Once again the shoes are not worth a $140 price tag! “Caveat emptor”. Let the buyer beware.

Shoes we're advertise as being durable and made with finest materials, and comfortable, they are not comfortable, they do not hold up to the elements, got them soaked 1 time and they're ruined, only has them for 8 months and hardly worn them, when contacting customer service they just gave me the run around and there's nothing they can do. For the price your better looking somewhere else.

If you have an issue with their sizing which is WAY off!! They make you ship back to CHINA! No where on their website does it state this. DO NOT BUY!

Customer service is terrible. I presented a pair of shoes and received 2 pairs in the span of 2 weeks. The size runs way bigger then what it’s is supposed to be.
When I called to let them know they sent a second pair I didn’t order they said I can send it back but they are not paying. Their response to my email took a week. After going back and for I decided I’ll pay for shipping but I’d like to get a size that fit my foot, I was told it’s past the return time we can’t change them. Now I’m stuck with 2 pairs of shoes that don’t fit. It’s a one way company that no one should support!

Btw the response I received from my review said I’d be getting a call from your customer service. I never did, I suppose that’s just so you don’t look bad to all the future customers that will read my honest review and avoid the sale.

I'm so unhappy. I've yet to receive the shoes ordered for m my husband.
It's says it's sm an American based company but actually out of China. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.
