I have recently successfully rented out my two bedroom flat with Madison Brook Hampton Hill. As a first time landlord, I felt very well guided and supported throughout the experience by Laura and Hannah who work as a very personable and professional team.

Sherry Wilson has been so helpful. She has helped me to sort out bills with my tenant who ended contract early. She has took the problem with council tax and electricity out of my hands and sorted them for me. Always professional and keen to help. 5*

Very satisfied with the fully managed service Madison Brook provides. Callum Moloney-Joyce is an excellent Portfolio Manager and takes a lot of the stress out of renting out properties. He is always quick to respond and happy to provide opinions/thoughts when asked.

I moved to Madison Brook from a previous property management company initially because of the charging structure that Madison Brook's has (they don't front load their fees like other companies) and now staying with them because of their great service - thanks Callum Moloney-Joyce.

Madison Brook have been my agent for a few years and Stacey (my property manager) is always super responsive regarding my request, which eased all the pressure finding new tenants along with bridging the communication.

Stacey Channon is an approachable, competent, and diligent property manager whose quick delivery has meant that we have a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.

Would like to shout out Sherry - Our new proeprty manager. Extremely impressed with the way she has handled our new tenancy, she really has made the whole move in process a smooth one. Thank you Sherry, keep it up!

Madison Brook managed the rental process for me from start to finish. They were quick to advertise the property, were able to generate a lot of interest and conduct the necessary background checks to secure the tenant with a minimal void period. They kept up good communications and I would continue to rent my property with them.

Scammers. Promised one thing and delivered something else, by which point we had paid for wifi, set up council tax and water, and given notice for our current tenancy. Turns out the agent we had initially spoken to had "resigned" - that's convenient. Had to very quickly find a new place to live as my previous room had been taken due to Madison Brook's empty promises. We got posthumously rejected the day before we were supposed to collect our keys. Avoid like the plague. Seemed like every hoop we jumped through, they would create a new one or look at incomes through such a skewed lens. We are still dealing with calls from the water company for a place we were never allowed to move into.

It was great experience with Stuart.He was very helpful and professional.Also Becky was good.

Big shout out to Sherry who has been looking after my property. There have been some continuous issues which she is dealing with in a professional manner. She always shows empathy to customer needs and judge the situation from a tenants POV. Thank you Sherry for your continuous support.

Overall the experience is pretty positive. The management company is general and Sammy Shetty in particular helped to resolve al the issues including a misbehaving fridge.

Sammy Shetty is brilliant. She was easy to contact throughout our tenancy period even when we moved out. Proactive in everything she did and helpful in every aspect. Always making sure we are ok, following up on things. Can never thank her enough and I would recommend her 100% to anyone

I highly recommend Madison Brook.

They do not have any control over the tenants at all. Their tenants live below me and make a noises over 10 months and now I have an anxiety and depression. Even my GP wrote the letter but they did not give any effort. Just saying try to contact owner. Been waiting several weeks but nothing happens.

The team was great, Nathan G handled the situation perfectly well and very fast when I had no hot water with a 4 months baby in the house. He communicated constantly until the issue was resolved. Rich the engineer who came in was brilliant and I wouldn't ask for more. A big thanks to the Maintainance team at Madison brook.

Kimberley looked into our case and offer since beginning of the process. She is very helpful, quick in response (Thanks for responding quickly on non-working days too). She's polite and responded with all the necessary information clearly.

She also helped us exceptionally to get our contract on time. Thanks for all the work you did and efforts you made for us.

I am happy with the service and the on time response. The plumber also did a great job and professional.
