It was a smooth process, the item was appealing and though some of the reviews about quality weren’t favorable I’m going to trust that the company stands by their merchandise and if I’m not satisfied then they will EASILY resolve the issue.

I like your company because of the uniqueness of your merchandise, the shipping isn't too bad i received my first order in two weeks I'm currently waiting on my second order, my concern has me wondering is this a fly by night company because I wanted to buy a particular item which was out of stock, I asked when will the item be restocked only to be told we have no intention of restocking this item I did however choose another item but I really wanted the garment I spoke about.

I ordered two pairs of cotton overalls. While they are cute, the fabric is very thin. I would not order these again.

I love the trousers, but when I ordered a 2nd pair same size in another colour. They were too small. I did not want to return as receiving them took a few weeks to arrive.

Ok, so initially I wasn’t too sure about buying from Madepants. However, any worries were unfounded. I ordered two pairs of dungarees and they arrived with me in the UK in just 8 days. Great quality and perfect fit.

High quality products .. efficient service - great value

Everything.... was easy to find and navigate through.... My complaint comes with the oversized coveralls the riveting came out of the bibs ..... on both sides ... they need to be double stiched or reinforced to be made stronger..... I waited to long to ask for a refund or exchange..... the material can't support the resistance, pressure of the wear and stress they rip out .... causing no support to hold the coveralls up ... I had one strap to hold the bibs up .....

I’m also happy that it was in a Big & Tall size option. Most of your things on your site are smaller size, but this thing fits perfectly. Hopefully you guys get more larger size Clothing items in the future. But again amazing aesthetic and design sensibility much respect!

CHINESE SCAM!!!

I google imaged their product photos and they were stolen from different shops. They're also taking money for products they don't have!!

Before realizing that, I ordered two items from them. I hadn't heard from them for over 10 days so I contacted, and they replied the products were OUT OF ORDER!

I asked them to cancel the order, and they stopped replying to my messages. I filed dispute on my credit card company, hope they'll take my money back...

I’ve been looking for these pants, and these checked all the boxes. Looking forward to receiving them and checking them out in person. The ordering process was easy and the item description was great.

It was easy placing my order. I am excited waiting to see my purchases.

I paid on February 13th and haven't received anything yet.
