I only ever get the digital art but I love them! Plus customer service was awesome when I contacted them about it taking longer that I expected to get my order!

I ordered two wallets for Father’s Day 2 months before I needed them (Father’s Day Sunday). They had their guaranteed delivery promise all over their site so thought they would definitely arrive in time. After a week of absolutely no contact other than pay PayPal receipt I decided to email them to confirm it would arrive in time. They said they would try. I advised if they wouldn’t, I wanted to cancel my order as I only purchased these because of their advertising that was guaranteed delivery. I emailed them continually during the two months, most of the time getting the exact same reply. Items did not arrive in time and when I contacted them, they said corona had impacted their shipping - even though their delivery guaranteed was put up IN THE MIDDLE of the virus and they were well aware of the situation. I told them I wanted a full refund and they offered a 1% refund. Yes 1 whole percent. I ended up having to lodge a complaint with PayPal because as of today (9th October) I still don’t have items from them. I would recommend everyone steer clear of them as they are scamming people. Those who I have seen who were lucky enough to receive anything, was extremely bad quality and definitely not worth what they charge.

I've ordered a custom wallet and watch for Fathers day. When I ordered website said that guaranteed fathers day delivery. When I track my order it shows posted it after 3 days I placed my order. But I haven't received it yet & no reply for my enquiries I made last week.

I ordered a wallet from them and after ordering i checked the reviews i was so scared that nobody was saying good things about them .I contacted the customer service and replied.and Today i got waller.It was really good .Thank you mademine.

I’m with everyone else! I ordered myself a Mother’s Day gift a few weeks before Mother’s Day and haven’t gotten my order!! And when I try and look up my order status, the site is all messed up and won’t let me see the status! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND 💥NOT💥 to order with them!!

I ordered the custom wallet for Father’s Day and it came just days before, perfect timing. I was nervous it was gonna be a scam but it came on time and the wallet is good quality and the photo is on point! Can’t wait to give it to him ((:

I Would give it no stars if I could it’s a scam , I ordered on 4/3/20 and still have not received my package. Now when I email someone they are getting snappy saying things like “first of all” I filed a fraud with my bank and left it alone .

Absolute scam do not order. They are relying on the pandemic as their excuse for items being delayed over 2 months when other companies from the same country seem to manage with a more reasonable delay. Currently fighting their customer service to get a refund for a photo pillow that I have not received and likely won’t. They are telling me they simply cannot refund it because it was already made which is just another pathetic excuse that a scam would use to keep your money no matter what.

Never got my order. No answer from customer service. Tracking # not legit. Today (May 28) I got an email saying my order was out of stock and could not be shipped on April 30. The same email I got the 1st of April. Scam. Somebody’s making $$$ during the pandemic

I would not recommend nor would I order from them. I have been waiting on my order for months. I have called the customer phone number and no answer.

I also never recieved my package. It's over a month, and I ordered expedited shipping for a pillow. A representative responded, and got snappy with me, after I waited reasonably and expressed myself respectfully. Can't believe I wasted my money on what clearly appears to be a scam. Can they not be stopped?

I don't want to believe it, but my package has been sitting on the other side of the country for over two weeks, waiting for "approval".

Never received items purchased. They would not refund money stating they mailed it. It has been over a month.

Placed my order April 13 for a customized pillow. I haven't received an email of when it's being shipped or an expected delivery date until I contacted them. I got an email from their support team saying the product was shipped April 21 but no expected delivery date was showing. For a week no update has been made through the Arrive app so I contacted USPS to see if it's lost. I got a call back saying the tracking number is not part of USPS' system, they can't locate/find the package and it's not on its way. I emailed mademine to let them know what happened and asked for a refund, so far no response. There's still no sign of an expected delivery date. It said it was being shipped from Fremont, CA but when my statement for my card said customgifts.com from Hong Kong. I did go on the BBB and reported the issue through a live chat.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I was UNLUCKY to NEVER receive the pillow I ordered. January 27th I placed it and it’s 4/9 and now “Jennifer” says because it’s been a long time someone at the “company” had issued a refund. Where????? Intergalactic bank account? Coming in Pigeon mail, and also I was going to loose a 30%??? Why? I NEVER WANTED TO CANCEL THE ORDER, I want the pillow!!!!

Clicked on Facebook ad for a “Valentines Day Gift”. I placed an order and it arrived 6 weeks after Valentines Day and 8 weeks after I ordered. There was nothing on their website about any type of production or shipping delays.

I gave them a change to fix it, but they refused to help. I ordered a package 2 weeks before valentines day (1st of Feb), and received it yesteday, March 25th ! I told them, and they didnt want to hear anything...

As everyone is saying. Total and complete scam. Never received my package. Horrible customer service. Stay away!

I don't normally write reviews but felt it was important people know how poor this customer service is. I'm not entirely convinced this company isn't a complete scam. Never got my order and am now working with PayPal to try and get my money back. STAY AWAY

Pretty much the same as other reviews, got ripped off by mademine. Ordered product, paid for express delivery, never heard from them again. It's been over a month and I can't even get a tracking number. Customer support is not responsive, at all, not even their online chat is answering.
At this point my only recourse is to file a fraud report with my credit card company to get my refund.
