Excellent clothing range
Madeleine clothes are stylish, made of high quality fabrics and are well tailored. Prices are on a high side, though worth it if you invest in classic items which will last for many years to come. They also have good sales and special offers. I’ve been their customer for many years now and cannot fault them. The shipping maybe is a little slower than average but a lot of their clothes come from Germany hence the extra time needed for dispatch. I highly recommend Madeline for a fulfilling shopping experience.

Rubbish service
Rubbish service. Three times ordered stuff in August and September at time of order yes in stock to receive letters saying due to demand unable to deliver you can have free delivery £15 but have to spend £99 Blah blah
Still waiting two items spoke to a customer service manager with such rubbish placating. Worse than BBC excuses. Don’t bother with this company. I have cancelled two orders backed up and their magazine

Slow dispatch
I have just placed an order for two pairs of boots. Only when I received the order confirmation did it say there might be a delay in dispatch. Not very happy. My orders still have not been dispatched! If I had known how long it would take I probably would not have ordered.

Very slow dispatch/delivery
Ordered a dress which I had to return because it was too small. It was however beautiful quality so requested an exchange for a larger size. I am still waiting for the exchange dress to arrive. Waited ages for first dress and now waiting ages for exchange. Seriously slow with their dispatch/delivery which is disappointing

This is the third time I have ordered…
This is the third time I have ordered an item from them, only to be told months later that the item isn’t in stock. I have seen the items offered in the sale.. Not impressed. Why take orders when the can’t deliver. They offer a £15 voucher, but you have to spend over £99. Rubbish company
