I paid £19 and then £13 delivery and expected to receive 2 personalised mugs in a display gift box. There was a picture of the expected gift set next to the price in my basket, so I paid. What I received was just 2 mugs. I contacted customer service straight away and asked for a refund, to be told they don’t see a reason for a refund. After many emails later I was told I could have the gift set display box if I purchased something else!!!
Their customer service was poor, never leaving a name to refer to. Their returns/refund policy is poor. Their website is misleading to what you are actually buying.

The results of the personalized products were better than I was expecting and it was super fast . I will definitely recommend this :)

I ordered two teddies holding personalised photos in a heart-shaped frame. Uploading the JPEG files was easy, as was adjusting their position within the heart shape. The quality of the pictures wasn't great to begin with, one was just a screen capture. The end results were wonderful. Printing on soft plush fabric turned out far better than I had hoped. The whole process worked flawlessly and both recipients were delighted with their personalised gifts. Highly recommended.

I ordered the framed lego print for a house warming gift. I was so disappointed, the quality was terrible. The frame was so cheap and nearly falling apart. The glass had dirt all over it and trapped between the glass and print. I tried to complain and ask for a refund to be told that they would refund if I returned the item (at my cost) to Madrid in Spain where the item had been sent from. It was not suitable to give as a gift so that is £33 I'll never see again. Total waste of money.

Super cute and highly customisable. My sister loved her gifts and it arrived fast. It did arrive 1 day later than expected and tracking wasn't the easiest but worthwhile and I'll definitely order again.

This is the first and probably the last time I buy a gift in this website. The product is smaller than I expected and the quality was very bad, specially to give a gift to someone else. I am extremely disappointed.

The gift was a block key ring with a hanger “Lego style” and I didn't recommend it.

Order a real size poster that was advertised with a gentleman standing beside a poster the same height he was

When I ordered the poster and received my confirmation email it state 90x60cm

I contacted the company and advised I was under the impression this was a life size and the customer service agent informed it wasn't I asked for a refund as the advertisement led me to believe this was real size

The customer service agent refused my request and informed me that this size was no longer avaliable and it was a mistake that they never updated the add
And I asked why this was my fault they never update the advertised and it was misleading

I would not recommend buying from this company as I got the impression we have your money so go away they were extremely unprofessional there emails were rude and they didn't care there advertisement was misleading

Any other descent company would see there mistake and refund the purchase with an apology

I liked the product, it was as described in the page and was what I intended. The only problem was with the delivery company chosen by the company (MRW). They had my package for 2 weeks and no one answered the phone or gave me any indication on when I would receive it and I did not know if I would receive it. I paid for a shipping service that I did not receive. I was thinking of a second purchase already, but if the delivery is with the same courier I will not take the risk.

This was simply the best I could ever have wished for. The service was excellent and the order was so spectacular it brought a tear to my eye.
I fully expect to make more orders from them.

I ordered a record with photo for my daughters 18th and also her debut single release. The item arrived before the due date which was great but upon opening the item it looked nothing like the advertised item so cheap just a sticker on an old record. They are not helpful via email either

I paid £58 (inc delivery) and expected to received a premium 'personalised' product. What I received with a board game available for £10.99 on Amazon with two copies of an A4 size page of formatted photos. The quality of the images were dark and we now have to cut up 48 little cards and insert. I am not sure how MadeinGift can justify £47 to deliver an existing product worth £10.99 with 2 photo sheet printouts?

Ordered a custom volleyball. It came stained with blue ink on white segments. The seems then split on the first use. When I contacted customer service, they refused to consider a refund or replacement, stating "it has been over two months since the order", it hasn't I placed the order on June 6th.
