Customer service is appalling. One of the dog toys is defective but they won’t even provide a replacement, they just fob you off with the offer of 10% off your next purchase - what a joke, there will be no next purchase! Also, the toy was shredded by my dog in a matter of minutes. Avoid this company.

If I could give zero stars I would! This company and its products are a joke! Bought two and my little 4.5kg Daschund destroyed both in little over a week! One of them arrived damaged and when I contacted for a replacement and refund just kept getting the runaround! They don’t let you comment on their Insta or FB ads so there is no warning for most unsuspecting dog owners on how bad these toys are! Don’t waste your money!

Beware of this site. Don’t buy products from them. Worst dog toys ever. Lasted 5 minutes with my puppy before the whole toy fell apart. They don’t stand by their product or respond to emails.

SCAM. This is a scam. This product is not resistant at all. This is false advertising. It took my pug less than ten minutes to rip the tail off.

I should just have let the dog have the paper money to tear up !!
Only minutes he had it, and it was done for. He still has a toy bought last Christmas, so he's not a destructive dog by any means.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Not sure what is worse, the destruct ability of the so called indestructible toy, or the customer service. Don’t fall for the replacement promise, you have to pay to send the destroyed toy back. My lab had this torn apart in less than 2 minutes. Complete waste of money.

15 minutes and my dog had destroyed this. Absolute joke

Just don’t bother , buy Kong probably the best you can get.

The website stated the dogs toys would not tear or get damaged.

Well they did.
When I emailed the company, they ignored my emails.
It took over a month for the toys to arrive and again when I emailed the company, no response.

Very poor service and avoid at all costs.
Now the toys are not on the website. What a surprise!

My puppy destroyed this toy in half a day. I emailed for the "free" replacement but they charge for shipping so not really free. I didn't bother getting the replacement as I did not want to put any more money into this scam.

Scam. Indestructible dog toy is just a normal cheap toy. It was destroyed within a few minutes. They’re advertising on social media to scam people. Avoid. Wrote to complain and they just copy and pasted an email response blaming the dog, even though they’re advert says “if they rip it, we replace it”. They didn’t. Pursuing a chargeback through credit card out of principle

Do not use the Company. Ordered on the 6th September and goods still not arrived. They responded to my initial enquiry and now do not even bother to reply. Customer service is appalling. No stars - no goods - no Customer Service.

I bought so called indestructible lion and wolf toys for my rottie who is very good at de-constructing things. Almost had a vets trip as the stitching came undone on the lion and he got out the squeeker, luckily I saw and got it out his mouth. My boys teeth seem to go through the material easier than supposed to. Sadly a waste of money

If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. But as my Yorkiepoo shreds his way through all the toys he loves I thought I'd risk the potential scam and try this.
More fool me. Both toys lasted about 15mins before starting to lose bits. The quality is rubbish and totally not worth the price, ive bought cheaper toys that lasted longer. AVOID.

Sadly, a complete load of rubbish! I did read reviews beforehand and still thought we'd give them the benefit of the doubt. The toys are very cute, but we found the advert to be very misleading - They certainly are not indestructible!! Our dog had an arm and ear chewed off, and the stuffing and squeaker out within minutes! Just overpriced stuffed toys, I wouldn’t waste that much money on something that just isn’t going to last - very disappointed, will definitely not be using this company again and certainly wouldn’t recommend them either! Delivery also took a very long time!

So wish I'd read these reviews they are not fit for purpose and cannot withstand even limited chewing - my Lab destroyed one in minutes - absolutely shocking and should not be allowed to use the name in the title 🤯
