Only downside, not enough towels and spare sheets for pull out lounge, but we made it work.

The great set up and location
The house was set up with everything you might need and was also stylish and comfortable. Instructions were clear so access to the house was straight forward.

Awful and disgraceful customer service.
We arrived at the apartment and the lift was broken. With no access using the fire escape stairs, we were left stranded. There was no contact number for made comfy, just a message centre which said to allow for a 3-4 hour response time. We used it and never heard back from anyone. After an hour sitting in a stairwell, we contacted Airbnb who cancelled our booking and fully refunded our payment. Airbnb then went over and above (day before NYE in Sydney) sorting us out with alternative accommodation for our 4 night stay, still with no response from Made Comfy to either ourselves or to Airbnb, up to 2 hours later. I have never experienced such disgraceful service, especially as we could have had small children or a disabled person in our party. You must ensure your company changes it's policy and gives an emergency helpline number in case these situations occur.
