This mattress will be the death of me. My partner and I struggle to get comfortable every single night. The mattress has sunk and feels wonky which creates pain and this unbalanced feeling. Please take my advice and save your money for a better brand.

DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM MADE.com.

I would love to say great things about this company but their memory foam mattress shelf life is probably less than 3 years and a very expense choice at that.

Their website promotes '10-year guarantee' which disappears when you try and approach them with a problem with the mattress.

I thought my memory foam mattress (the one mattress) was getting hotter over time, first I thought it was me going crazy, but after changing the bedding and adding a new mattress topper. I wasn't dreaming... It was the mattress.

What they don't tell you is that the 'cooling gel' is only cool in the beginning but after 20 mins in the bed it warms up just as hot.

It’s also important to note that gel memory foam wears out over time, and may lose some of its cooling properties after prolonged use.

Update: They plan on sending an assessor over to check the mattress.

I bought this mattress March 2017. It is the worst mattress I've ever had.

There is no support around the edge to the point I have fallen out of bed. My back pain increased significantly.

In August I asked to return both mattress and bed ("Skye"frame as it kept falling apart), they agreed and asked for photos. The return was never arranged. I went on to develop severe back pain and required two operations .

Post operatively I contacted made to chase the return. They claimed the photos were never received and as it "had been a while since the products have been in your house" an independent assessment was required. He agreed the bed was faulty, but couldn't find fault with the mattress. Apparently although it compressed to nothing when you lie on it, the fact that it springs back when you get off means it's okay!! There is literally zero support.

Result- bed frame return accepted. Mattress return refused!

I'm left with a useless mattress, and £500 out of pocket.

It's such a shame they don't care for their customers. The only advise I've been given is to contact the furniture ombudsman. Shame on you made.com!

Had this mattress now for 15 months and you can see and feel the body dips of myself and my partner so hello back pain. Started off being perfect but has not stood the test of time. Very expensive mistake

The mattress was SO SMELLY we had to return it. I tried to air it out (sheets off, cover open, windows open) every day for nearly three weeks and it still smelled so chemcially and toxic, I simply couldn't handle it. Quite worried about the level of chemical exposure to my baby, to be honest! We love Made.com and have purchased several products, but I strongly recommend you DO NOT buy this mattress.

We ordered a king size "the one". It took two weeks for it to be delivered, despite the website stating "delivered to your door in 7 days". When I tracked the item and was redirected to Panther courier after the first 7 days it said "delivered". I called made, was on hold for 15 minutes so I hung up. I called panther they told me they had delivered it to a third party but could not be specific about where it was, when it would be delivered or give me a number to call. I waited another 4 days and I got a phone call saying they'd drop the mattress off tomorrow. I couldn't just leave work for the day so asked for them to arrange another day but they "didn't deliver in my area on that day", so we had to wait until Friday. I was supposed to get a text 1 hour before it arrived, I waited at home all day for it to be delivered when it suddenly turned up at 6:45pm, no warning text. The box was half ripped open. When I unwrapped it the smell of damp was over powering. I let it air in a room with a cross flow breeze for 24 hours, but 4 days later it still stinks so strongly of damp. I'm wondering if the foam is full of mould ? You wouldn't be able to tell because it's covered but it's not normal for something to stink so much for so long!!

I bought "the one" by made back in April. It's the first time I've been a total adult about it and decided to invest in what appeared to be a good quality mattress. We tried for months to make it work for us, letting the 101 day guarantee thing run out because we were so desperate for it to work. We changed everything else - our duvet, our pillows all in the hope that it would make the mattress more comfortable and less likely to cause our backs damage.

It's been over 6 months now and it's caused us nothing but trouble. Both my husband and I have developed severe lower back pain because of the mattress and the people at Made.com don't want to hear from us. I tried contacting them on Facebook, but they basically told me to get lost as they laughed all the way to the bank with my money.

You would think that if they believed in the product that much, that they would allow you to return it (even if it's for store credit) much beyond 3 months. Anything else you spend that amount of money on comes with at least a 12-month guarantee. Apparently this isn't the case - apparently Made.com don't really care if you get Chronic back pain caused by their product.

I genuinely think that you would be better off sleeping on nothing than this mattress. Or alternatively, just set fire to £600 - you'd get more enjoyment out of that.

Avoid purchasing this product at ALL COSTS. It will do nothing but hurt your back and you'll spend hundreds of pounds trying to make it right.

If I could give it less than one star I would.

I cannot comment on the actual comfort of the mattress as it was ordered for a client but I ordered from One by Made on the premise that they did next day delivery. True to their word the mattress was delivered however it was sent to the billing address (in Yeovil) as opposed to the delivery address (in London). The delivery driver refused to take the mattress when told it was the wrong address and long story short and many calls (on my part) later, we had to get the mattress couriered the next day by a private company (to be fair the customer service lady did find the courier company) but I had to personally pay for because it would conflict with the contract Made had with their delivery company. Now over a week later I have still not been refunded the delivery cost (of £400!) despite chasing this up with them and I do not think I would have got this money back if I had not kept chasing as the lady who was dealing with this case has now left the company.

Good delivery, good mattress, but far too smelly.
We left it in a bedroom windows open for several days but still spreads a strong chemical smell through the sheets. To me this is clearly THE drawback of this mattress, otherwise everything is great.

Very comfy mattress indeed.

I've had this mattress since April 1st (now may 26th!) and I can honestly say it is one of the most comfortable I've slept in. It's just right -not too firm and not too soft; your body feels supported in the right places without sinking into the mattress. It seems really well made, I particularly like the grey woven panels at the side. Thank you Made!

It came on time and has been so unbelievably comfortable I do not want to get up in the morning. I absolutely love my bed now!

After I got rid of my last mattress I thought I'd never get a good night's sleep again. Before I found the timely release of Made's ONE Mattress I had backache from mattresses that were either too soft or too firm or lacking in support in the right places. Then I got ONE.
And I LOVE looking forward to going to bed, going to bed and waking in teh morning.

It is so firm and supportive but comfy at the same time, it's as close to perfect as I could want. and excellent value too. I LOVE my ONE!

For the first time in twenty years I am sleeping in bed and not on it, I am so happy with the mattress I'd recommend it to anyone. Besides it not letting me get super hot it's great for my back.

The mattress arrived on time (ordered late on 9 Mar and arrived first thing on 11 Mar) and well-packaged. Be aware that it is fairly heavy and ideally two people should lift it, although I managed to cope (carefully) on my own. The courier via kindly brought it into the entrance of my property though.

Unwrapping was straightforward - ensure you open the box at the correct end and basic instructions are provided. Once on the bed, I took the plastic off (don't use scissors!) and almost straightaway the mattress started to expand and within an hour was fairly firm (the instructions advise leaving it to settle for a day though). I was quite surprised by the height of the mattress which is 26cm/10in, so factor this in for your bed sheets.

The quality of the material used and construction of the mattress is to a high standard. The material on top of the mattress is soft to the touch. In terms of firmness, I would say that it is medium-firm and the mattress does seem to mould itself to you, but springs back when you get off of it. It took about 30 days for my back to get used to it, but I am now sleeping more soundly on this mattress than my previous 'standard' sprung mattress. At the end of the day, you can't go wrong with the 100 day return guarantee, but do give yourself some time to adapt to it.

In summary, a great mattress which I found comparable to the market leader (having previously tried them in one of the larger bed stores) yet at a much more competitive price. In any case, you can't really go far wrong with the 100 day return offer and 10 year guarantee.

Unpacked one of two singles so far. Very nice mattress to sleep on. Took a few days to get over the odour but expected. Nice and deep.

Delivery came when they said it would and mattress has exceeded expectations. Being 6 months pregnant comfort can be hard to achieve but this mattress has helped Wonders even hubby is impressed. The service we received was second to none even when having problems using a discount code they where at the end of the phone ready to help quickly and efficiently.

Love our mattress. haven't slept this well for a long time. It was delivered on time and the service was excellent. What more can I say - a highly delighted customer
