Customer service, especially delivery related issues are so horrible and irresponsible. I ordered a dining table and it was supposed to be delivered by end of December 2021. I waited 4 months. And by the time then, when I check "my order" page and delivery status, it was changed into "expected delivery by end of February". Without any single notice. Then I contacted the customer service, they said it is quality problem. QUALITY PROBLEM. I immediately cancelled my order. I wanted 4 months, again. And I am having another problem with another order. THE PRODUCT JUST DOESN'T COME. I have been contacting, asked twice to contact logistics company. WHERE ARE THEY?? Anyway their product has so low quality than price. I love the designs they have. But it's not worth compared to the all the stress and dissatisfaction I have had.

It was very easy to place the order who was supposed to be delivered within 2 days.
3 weeks later I am still waitting for the goods.
Despite 3 emails send to the customer service I am still waiting. And of course there was no answer to my emails.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered a matching dresser and two bedside tables. They were delayed. Then the two bedside tables were set to be delivered together. Only one made it - the other was lost (which is insane as I believe they were on the same DHL truck). Made was not helpful. I sat for hours in the chat only to be told they don't know what happened and they are out of the tables, so my set isn't complete. They arranged return via DHL which required me to get new boxes and pack up the items. I waited at home for DHL on the agreed date and they never arrived. I'm currently number 35 in line for support. I just want my money back. Do not order through this company.
Additionally I ordered a futon. After waiting for 4 months, they sent me a desk. The futon is no longer in stock. The desk has not been picked up by DHL and they have not refunding me 379 euro for the futon that I never received.

time for a lawyer
So Made .com. Thank you for responding to my comments. However, your responce is empty. I have still heard nothing and I will now be instructing my lawyer.
Is Made.com actually a real company. I was told my order would soon arrive on 15 Dec 21and it still hasnt arrived. Additionally an item i ordered in early November still hasnt arrived.
They say they will not use their telephones and the send automated e-mails.
They already have almost 900E of our money and they cant even be bothered to send a personalised email.
This company is a disgrace.

3 month delay and no news
3 month delay , still waiting for the product I bought that was announced to be delivered in 2 weeks . And no news and no answer to my email . All communications are in German for Switzerland who has other official languages … the worse service ever

Lovely sofa
Lovely sofa! Very practical and great color. It is a bit harder than I had expected, but still very comfortable. It came earlier than expected, I was originally told that the shipment would be delayed and it ended up coming a few weeks before the date that was projected. A very nice surprise :^)
