I ordered 4 collars for my four dogs. The order arrived within a couple of days. The quality of the collars is exceptional as is the stitching.
Melanie is very approachable as after ordering, i wanted to change the text on my collars, this was not a problem.

Have a reactive rescue Beagle who needs a figure of eight lead for walks - all the other ones I have bought or looked at have a metal clip under the chin and I was unsure if this hurt my Beagle. Delighted I found Maddy Paws as LOVE fact no hard mental clip under the chin - the loop part is just the same material as the lead - and as I cant let my Beagle off the lead fact could order a 6ft figure of 8 lead was fab. Cherry on top being that I could design a unique lead for my Beagle! .Made walks so much more enjoyable and my Beagle does not mind at all having this lead on. In fact love the lead so much that since my husband has recently lost it I have now re-ordered an exact replacement!

Fabulous collars and leads made to bespoke specifications. For my Guide Dog - a lovely embroidered collar made to measure with 3 D-rings (1 for ID tag, 1 for bell, and a different-feeling one for lead), plus a bespoke lead embroidered with 'Guide Dog' on it. plus a totally unique guide-harness handle made from a double thickness of lead fabric and embroidered on both sides.
Also a bespoke martingale collar and lead for my husband's little hearing assistance dog. Both also beautifully embroidered.
Still going strong after a good 3 years.
I'm just about to place a repeat order as I need the boys looking super smart for a Royal Garden Party!

Just had received Maisie’s collar, having been previously been let down by 2 other sellers, one never arrived and the other was positively dangerous. The Maddy Paws one is absolutely brilliant. Arrived very quickly, was personalised exactly as I asked, looks great and is of good quality
I am delighted with it, and Maisie must be as I put it on her & she went straight to sleep on the sofa!

Ordered a Flat figure of 8 lead which arrived within a couple days great material, doesnt pinch the dog and the only lead that has stopped my lab pulling! Had to order another for our other Lab, no other figure of 8 lead is so secure and comfortable on my dogs. It doesnt ride up to either eyes either.

We ordered an ID collar for our dog and we cannot recommend it more! It has been absolutely fantastic. We've had it for about two years and it is still going strong, showing no signs of wear or tear. Our dog is an energetic Labrador x Pointer who loves nothing more than swimming in the sea and rolling in all sorts and the collar has withstood it all. I ordered figure-of-8 leads and matching colours for my large dogs. They're amazing. The leads have totally transformed our walks. I'm now walking them and not the other way around! They're great quality, they wash well, and they're comfortable for the dogs. Thoroughly recommend these. I also had my number and 'I'm chipped' stitched into the collars. Particularly useful for one dog who likes to go off sometimes!

I have been buying collars and leads from Maddy Paws for number of years now. Recently I bought the in car headrest seat belt and it's absolutely brilliant. It's so quick and easy to use, it won't twist and it keeps my boy secure. The collars and leads are excellent quality, strong and really well made. Wash after wash they come up like new. Designs are lovely, so I've bought several, as simply couldn't resist. Customer service is excellent and very helpful and orders delivered quickly. I can honestly highly recommend Melanie's products and my boy can too..People comment how smart he looks! Well worth more than just 5 stars!
