Really impressed with the service from Mad Beauty. My order was processed super quick and despatched within 24 hours. Amazing products, beautifully packaged, especially for a Disney fan. So much choice, will definitely be ordering again.
In my Christmas madness I placed my order twice. Imogen from customer service recognised my mistake and contacted me to double check. As soon as I explained the error she rectified my order and gave me a full refund for the 2nd order. They could have just took the 2 orders but they didn’t. Excellent customer service and I will definitely shop with them again. Thank you Imogen and best wishes

Hello, sorry for not replying sooner, but we were not using Trust Pilot. We are a UK based business and are very unhappy to hear that you have had a bad experience with a retailer in Australia. I understand that this is now probably too late, but we would be happy to investigate why you may have been let down by a retailer selling our products. .
If you can email details of the store that you made your purchase from to sales@madbeauty.com, we can speak with our distributor in Australia to see if we can resolve this for you. If this was on the Madbeauty Web site, please copy in any emails or correspondence, so that we can investigate at our end.

I wish I could say they were great but they are not. I ordered over $90 of products in a sale back in November 2023. They quoted me 14 days. I emailed several times, getting a generic email back saying sorry give us more time. By January I had completely given up and asked for a refund..but they wouldn't even do that. Do not buy from these thieves!

The products are fun and great quality. My daughter & wife both use the make-up palettes and its good value. Service in the stote went to was excellent and the sales staff we raving about it
I originally bought the hand sanitiser from a little gift shop on holiday I liked the smell so much I looked for the website to order some more. I'm so glad I did the delivery was really quick and I've tried some different ones and they all smell amazing.
