I order two items from this website and the quality is absolutely terrible. The material is poor with no Lycra and sizes are huge. When I asked to return them I was told no, there website states no returns. DO NOT ORDER the pictures do not represent what you get. Unfortunately I cannot post comparison pictures on this so that you can see for your self

One item admittedly fell short of the quality expected from our suppliers, and this customer was immediately refunded in full for that. To suggest otherwise is a lie.
As for the second item (and like most online retailers), we are unable to supply items tailored specifically to all individual body shapes and sizes, and certain styles of clothing may not be for everyone.
We do our best to ensure that our customers have as much sizing information as possible to help inform their decision to buy from Madam Pole.
For that reason all clothing items are listed on our website with their own accompanying size chart, and we stress the importance of customers checking their chosen size is appropriate for them before buying.
Our returns and refunds policy is clear and available for everyone to see prior to making a purchase.
