Order was delivered quickly, with good notification. I bought these bra's for my wife. And she was pleased with them so she ordered more for herself.

I purchased as I was under the impression this is a UK based company, but that's my error. The 2 bras, one was strapless were of poor quality, and the sizings were completely off. I started to make contact to return them for a refund and this is still going on since 9th June. When they eventually agreed that I could return the items (at my expense), I sent them straight away and paid for tracked delivery. The bras have been back with them since 20th June and I am still to receive a refund, despite numerous emails to them. I am now being ignored completely, despite them owing me £40.00. I would not recommend using this company

Unbelievably dodgy! My order arrived and I tried it straight away. Quality shocking, sizing completely crazy so emailed them to find out how I get a refund! Then the nightmare pursued! They kept offering “alternatives” but if I accepted other sizes and they weren’t right I wouldn’t be able to refund (illegal!) distance selling rules are there for a reason!!! I asked numerous times for them to just tell me how to get a simple refund and was blocked everytime with request for pictures or have 30% back and keep the crap items!! Now I have to pay for shipping! AVOID!!!!

Disappointed with it as flattens my shape (found it to fit more like a minimiser bra which is not what I wanted - I did use their info to order the correct size). Trying to return it for a refund - they advertise a 30 day money back - it’s a joke. Taking ages to respond to emails and being offered store credit or 30% refund if I return it. I feel scammed

It was a pleasant surprise to receive this bra. No more underwires that I had worn for 50 years, even though I loved them for that time! Now that I'm older, I thought I'd give this a try. As with any bra, at first I found it a bit snug-fitting around the sensitive ribs, but the extra extension helps. Overall, I liked it so much I have ordered another one. It was a pleasant surprise of softness and support both. I'm still leery about the washing procedure with the gel. Please advise.

It took a very long time to arrive. Sadly, I must have measured myself incorrectly because it’s a bit too big and doesn’t provide the support I was hoping for. That said, I still wear it because it’s incredibly comfortable and has become my go-to bra for relaxing in the evenings. I’ll be ordering the next size down, as I think it will be a much better fit.

I placed an order. Took ages to arrive and when it did the sizing wasn't right for me and the quality was poor.
I ordered 2 different styles of 'jelly bra' and a strapless bra
The strapless bra is a bandana style - not jelly and the cups aren't sewn in so move around and the whole thing looks and feels cheap and nasty.
The jelly bras aren't jelly bras as I understand them- they're non-wired bras with foam cups which aren't sewn in so wander about when on!
I reached out asking to return the strapless bra and get an exchange for a smaller size for the 'jelly bras'
They don't want the strapless one back and the replacement sizes took another age to come. When they did, they still fit poorly
I asked to return the lot - after pestering fir over 2wks for an answer was told no, you get 1 chance for an exchange OR a refund.
This wasn't made clear when I first requested resolution
Overall poor service, poor quality products.

Really happy with my purchase. Nice material very comfortable to wear I needed a supportive bra after surgery and these helped by being supportive and soft

My jelly bra’s are fantastic, they are so comfortable and fit perfectly giving great support. I’m an E cup so I was so pleased when they fitted and supported me so well. I have already recommended to my friends.

Very disappointed in this bra and company. The order took over a month to arrive, and when it did they are not at all what I expected. I am a solid 36 - D and the bra was WAY too small for me, and very uncomfortable. I am still trying to get a reply so that I can return for a full refund (their policy indicates that I can do this after emailing them and getting a response). Please don't fall for this like I did.

Ordered and received 2 strapless bras which where bigger than measurements online stated .Emailed customer service to arrange return and Refund,I received email requesting photo of items which I sent twice on seperate emails, I have had no reponse.I have messaged on social media and get generic response .

The bra fits perfectly, gives shape and support with zero wire. So comfortable... love this bra... have ordered two more...

I liked the fit of the bras I ordered and they still feel comfortable at the end of the day. Delivery took longer than expected.

Very happy with my new bras. I followed the sizing guide, and despite some misgivings, I’ve found these bras to be super comfortable and actually supportive, despite my fairly large breast size!
The only issue I had was quite a lengthy wait for delivery, although I was given regular updates regarding the status of my order. Overall, very satisfied with my purchases.

I gave my precise measurements which the company read as Large. In the post I received size Small with little hope of an exchange. How could they get it so wrong?

I ordered two bras a black and a leopard print. They are amazing. I love how they fit and how they feel. Is there any chance you could make a racer back one?

Very soft but supportive. I had to try again on sizing for a little more comfort, great customer service for that to happen.washes well. Stays put, no straps sliding.
