The most amazing comfortable bras, excellent fit and uplift. I now have a bra in each colour and have stopped wearing all my other bras. They take a while to arrive but definitely worth the wait

Sizing completely off, and their returns policy is ridiculous - need to send them a series of emails asking them to confirm you can send an item back first before you post, they have asked me to send a picture of the item I am returning despite it being the only item I have ever ordered from the company and I have provided the order number? Shipping also took a long time.

Most comfortable bra I have ever worn, love it!
I no longer have to rush to get my bra off when I get home.

The fit is amazing!

I ordered a bra on 6/15/26. It arrived on 6/23 and I immediately tried it on. It's too big in the band and too small in the cup. I emailed to company and explained all this and asked for a refund and prepaid label. SEVERAL emails from them later and they still won't refund my purchase. I just opened a dispute with my credit card company.

Finally found a bra which is comfortable and you don’t realise you are wearing one.

These bras are so comfortable! I've tried so many other wireless bras but that usually mean wireless = no support but madam muse bras manage to support and lift without wires digging into your ribs all day! I don't know how they do it but I am now a forever customer already ordered 2 more in different styles and I can't wait for them to get here. I would have given 5 stars if the delivery was quicker but being in the UK I understand it's quite a way to go and believe me they are worth the wait! Your chest will thank you!

I ordered two different models in the same size (Wireless Lifting Jelly Bra and Wireless Scalloped Jelly Bra ). The second made my boobs look too flat; the first was slightly better, but still there is no lifting effect, so my boobs do not look as good as with any other non-wired bra I have bought for retailers like M&S. I asked for a refund, but they will only refund 30% or offer a store voucher for a product I didn't like. They are relatively comfy, and the straps do not cut in, but as I said, I had that with other bras that were cheaper and made my boobs look much better. I also have a problem with the wide straps as they look bad with tops that have thin straps. As I am size M it's not that wide straps are needed. I do not recommend them at all.

I really liked the bra, it was so comfortable & fit very well, loved the lift without the underwires.

The quality of this bra is amazing, so soft and well made. I accidentally ordered the wrong size small instead of xl and was concerned that I had lost my money, but I contacted them and the response was so quick, they are sending me the correct size, company have kept in touch with me right through all the process, looking forward to receiving my new bra

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Outrageous customer service. I requested a refund and they offered store credit only. I had to complain multiple times to get a 100% refund in line with their own policy. I had ordered 2 items which were totally different measurements although the same size. Lovely feel but fell for the marketing of supportive bras which these are definitely not.
I finally managed to get the return address and then had to chase another 2 times with proof of delivery to get my refund. It’s obvious AI is being used for customer service replies so hard to break the cycle and get through to anyone.

Lovely feel to this bra and so comfy you don’t even feel like you’ve got it on. Great support and washes brilliantly too. Can’t wait to buy some more😃

The Jelly bras were a failure. do not work for the big boobs. However customer services after several communications was able to remedy my concern. I am now waiting for a back posture bra and a wire-less push up. Fingers crossed can leave the underwire world.

I got too big of a size for me. I should have got a medium but I am a petite DD so I wasn’t sure if the cups would be big enough. Sizing is something you have to figure out for yourself. But the quality and fit and lift everything about it is the perfect bra! I plan to order more!

First bra I ordered was a little bit snug, so I contacted customer services to enquire about a refund, I had the nicest reply upon which I was offered a full refund or exchange and told to keep the original bra I ordered at no extra cost, I chose the exchange for the next size up, it arrived 3 days ago and fits perfectly, so soft and comfortable too, an all round great service, thank you Madame muse

Great experience with this company. The product is outstanding, the bras are so comfortable. I will never wear an underwired bra again. Quick delivery too

Placed order on the 4th of June. Received an update on the 12th of June advising I should receive my tracking number soon and have heard nothing since. Have chased order twice and get an automated response to my email saying someone will be in touch soon, still no reply. Awful service and advise to steer clear of this company!
UPDATE - order finally arrived almost 6 weeks after placing it and chasing 4 times! I can honestly say the bra is yes comfortable but I do not like the shape it gives me and the underwear, it's 'no roll' claims is untrue. I took 3 steps wearing them and they starting rolling down. Definitely not worth the time and has been a very expensive lesson! Would NOT recommend.

The first order I received was perfectly fine - 2 jelly bras which fitted just right. I went on to order a strapless bra and a 'pull on' bra in the same size as previous order. It came after quite some time and it was a totally inferior product - very poor quality and I could hardly get the bra on - it must have been 2 sizes smaller.
I went to the website to return but the email address is false "madammuse.co" - not able to connect with them
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS FALSE COMPANY WHO DO NOT PROVIDE A WAY TO RETURN

Love my new bra. I find it hard to find bras that are comfortable but this one is exceptionally comfortable. Hardly know I'm wearing it. Will be ordering other colours soon. Thanks

The delivery time was reasonable and my bra felt as comfortable as a sports bra. I really like it, and will be buying again.
