I was really pleased with the customer service I received from Martin at Madaboutneon. All of my queries were dealt with in a quick and friendly manner. I’m not overly artistic or tech savvy, and Martin’s help meant that I was able to order a product that I’m really delighted with. I would certainly recommend the company and would use them again. Great team!

My personal experience with the owner Mr Philip Browne was pretty unpleasant and dreadful (well towards the end of the transaction anyway...). It all started off from myself contacted the company trying to negotiate the best price like anyone would. He will then tell you his little story about they make signs for Wayfair and ship all over the world. He will also tell you to stay away from his competitors such as Neon Beach (something I probably regret) because of their poor quality products etc.

Once everything agreed, things started to go downhill. The first issue was the time frame, he didn't commit to the time frame (which was set by HIMSELF). He then blamed it on the courier for not turning up for the collection. When he finally shipped the sign, somehow it got returned back to him 'damaged' and will need extra few days to make a new one.

Secondly, the actual quality workmanship of the finishing product is not to standard, lot's of surface scratches and chipping around the edge of the sign (photos proof available), no quality check what-so-ever. When I queried this with him, he blamed me for knocking the price down, even though he was the one who set the price.

Finally, when he asked me to return the item back for a refund, he will give you a different address to send it back to. He then claimed that he did not receive the item, even though UPS tracking shows it's been delivered (Tracking number: 1Z5773x46891029447).

BEWARE guys.... This is a scam... If Neon Beach quality is poor, at least you will still end up with a product, where as now for me, I am out of pocket. I will be contacting my bank and various departments and file some claim reports as well as seeking legal advice.

UPDATE: Just to clarify, none of the above is falsely accusation. The above is all facts and based on personal experience with the company and the owner Philip Browne (all proof of communication history is available). Also when a company ask you to return an item back with a promised of a refund, and FAILED to do so even though tracking is showing DELIVERED, then this is a definition of a scam.

Great company, I have spent lockdown repairing old Christmas rope lights with neon and found this company to be the best provider for my neon tape, great light output and always sent working tape. 6/5*****

We came across this website while trying to find neon lights. They had a huge amount of neon and lots of different signs that we was looking for too. We order some to check out their quality and it was a very high standard at low prices. We then placed another order as we was happy with our first order. We needed some help and advice for our second order so we rang and spoke to a gentleman who was super helpful and advised us on what we will need. We will definitely be buying more from this company in the future.

I'm so happy I found serious professionals who deliver excellent quality and state of art neon signs. I had four neon signs made for my son who wanted to flourish his business. Not mention the awesome post-sale customer service support. I highly recommend Madaboutneon if you're serious about bespoke neon signs.

I had two neon signs made for my kids who were delighted with their names up in lights and were instantly sending messages to their friends to show them off. The quality of the products was excellent and the professionalism of the company matched the product. Found the staff easy to talk to especially Philip and would like to thank them all.
