Late delivery and bar communication
Delivery was 2 hours after planned time slot without proper communication. The contact I had with the customer service wasn't helpful at all and just kept me waiting.

They have products that fit my needs…
They have products that fit my needs but sometimes a bit over priced. They started with free shipping if buying more than 1000 kr., then increased the limit to 1200 kr. and not it's only cheaper shipping above 1200 kr. This, in a matter of few weeks. Also, the drivers don't read the comments regarding the delivery. I always ask to deliver at my main door since I need to return boxes from previous orders but 50% of the time they deliver in my door towards the garden. First, it should be easy to figure out the main door of a house, second your driver should not enter the property (garden) without authorization and third, read the delivery comments

You are completely correct - we no longer offer free delivery on purchases of 1200 DKK or more. This procedure has been changed due to the fact that we've started hiring our own drivers which has increased our transportation costs. This in turn means that we're no longer able to offer free delivery, but cheaper delivery instead. Furthermore, we're very sorry to hear that your delivery comments went unread by our driver. We will immediately follow up on this, so we ensure it doesn't happen again.

Not fresh salads
The service is very good and the groceries came within the expected time. What I’m not satisfied about is the quality of vegetables and salads. In particular, the salad was not fresh and I had to throw away most of it, it smelled and tasted rotten. And unfortunately it happened already before.

I like the professionalism of Coop
I like the professionalism of Coop. I prefer to pay more expansive and have what I asked delivered well then wrongly delivered. When I asked to deliver when not at home they delivred the ice cream in a styrofoam box.
